Put in an order at 7pm. Still waiting on the order 3.5 hours later

Over half an hour late food was cold shop assistant very unpleasant when i called to ask about our order

Stone cold food. Way over estimated delivery time

Too long delivery times for food already made

Waited 2 hours for delivery, 58 attempts to call them and then finally decided to collect it myself.Was told they were extremely busy, yet I was the only customer in the shop and they didnt appear to have many orders for delivery either.Would not recommend!!

Absolutely shocking gave them benefit of doubt after the last order being 50 mins late & having soggy chips but tonight I placed an order & was delighted it came a bit earlier only to find food was cold & a full meal missing, called in to get which sounded like child on phone ask me 4 times what was missing to then say get that out to you within minutes for her to call me back few minutes later to ask me if i am sure I hadnt got my meal & to try & say would keep to next time which i refused meal got delivered within 10 mins without dip & juice which still waiting on nearly 4 hours later which girl tried to charge me £4 for & to top it off delivery driver left my meal on the wet snowy step didnt have decency to wait till we answered door

Advised 40 mins for delivery and it took 1hr20. Pizza was stone cold and chips and curry were so cold that the curry sauce had congealed Absolutely disgusting and it all went in the bin. Used to love WEF but wont be back.

Ordered food at 8.06pm delivery time was 1hr 20mins that was fair enough with it been a Saturday. But 9.30 came and went no delivery so I called shop at 9.40pm to to be told it had left the shop already and shouldnt be much longer half hour passed no food still so called back again to be told the same excuse. Guess what i never got my food worse service I have never had its the 1st and last time. So ended up email Scoffable who done there best to help but they got same excuse food left. So now I have to be refunded as I paid by card

I ordered and paid for a large special fish supper instead i got a battered fish supper.

Great food , terrible delivery, dont see why they advise 1 hour 10 for delivery then take 2 hours.Its a shame they cant get that right as food is decent

Always forgetting something in your order. 3rd time now. Cant order again

Pizza was delivered stone cold, although the other items were hot. I called to complain, girl said sorry and was sending a new one. Then called back and said no coming to collect the cold one first, then hung up on me, called them back, was repeatedly hung up on. Explained i had 3 young children in the house and back of 9 was far too late for them to be collecting a cold pizza and redelivering a hot one after that. Terrible customer service from the shop.

The order was missing things like the salad and the sauce and the kebab which is usually amazing was dry and had a very little amount of cheese inside

Told my order would be an hour but after an 90mins i had to call and they couldn't find it.

The pizza was cold when it arrived at my home and I only live 2 minutes up the road if youre driving.

£1.90 for a salad and a small tray but it had a tiny amount in it pictures are proof. Usually ok and plenty in it

Didnt read the special instructions, so dinner was wrong in two ways 😔

Chips were small amd crispy. Chicken tikka hoagie was stone cold, wasnt heated or seasoned before pitting it in the wrap. Pretty tasteless

Asked for chilli sauce with kebab none arrived called and they assured they would send it waited over an hour then gave up

Sauces weren't as selected. No contact to advise on the options?

Clearly specify on special instructions no tomato due to allergy and third time now this has been missed resulting in my dinner having to be binned!
