Can't fault, arrived on time and piping hot. Asked for chips to be double cooked, and they were the best I've ever tried

No issue with food. Maybe rethink collection for those ordering and paying ahead when its busy. Stood in queue as requested for a while to be served/collect food. Staff all great. Friendly. Just need to rework a collection process when really busy. Still easily best takeaway in Whitburn.
