Ordered a king rib supper as a change sorry to say but it was awful & tasteless. Nothing like a good king rib put me right off eating it. Very disappointed 😞

Our order from here is usually brilliant but tonight the food was overcooked & far to much salt on the food

Terrible service ordered a pizza for dinner after work what at that point i was starve looking forward to it ordered at 20:45 its now 00:00 still no word i stated on my order please can you get the driver to phone when they are out the back of the flat please as the buzzers gave them the number as well nothing will not be ordering from here again

Food was freezing , girl was so rude on the phone

Waited over two hours for a delivery that stated on the confirmation email it would be within 1 hour 20 mins. Phoned to check where the order would be around 10 times with absolutely no answer to the phone. My partner then resorted to driving up and going in to the shop as we could not get an answer. He was then told it had just left with the delivery driver, which took another 20 mins to arrive even although we stay less than 5 mins away from the shop. Food was lukewarm when it arrived.

Hardly any cheese on pizza, 2 hour wait!!

Dont mind waiting hours on food when its good but when it arrives freezing. Then get second order sent out wrong!! Phones again for the boss shouts in the background rather than take the call, rude. Mistakes happen and always used this place but went right down hill.

Was told approx 1 hour and arrived over 2 hours, was cold, half the order missing sadly. Tried to call but no answer kept ringing out

Ordered at 1830 so I could have something to eat before starting my shift, I work with the nhs and sometimes dont have time for a break! Arrived 2hrs later just as I was getting ready to leave, stone cold and inedible, my sons chips and cheese was a half portion, onion rings soggy, everything cold, obviously even sitting a long time. Not happy with any of the order. Disappointed as have ordered from here before and food was great

Order took ages to come, kids pizza was dry & stale, not sure if it had been ready for a long time before the rest of the order & chips werent the best tonight either, always been good previously when weve collected food but would never get another delivery

Delivery time was an hour but didnt arrive until 1 hour 45 minutes and food was cold

40 minutes late after rebooking time then tried calling no answer

Well oversalted, driver forgot to lift our pizza and when it was finally delivered it was freezing.. defo went downhill now

Took 2 hours to come and was cold on arrival.
