Delivery very bad

Very slow delivery, booked for 8.30 turned ap at 9.15 and was stone cold, although once heat up was decent

Ordered a pizza and it was disgusting. Only had one slice and binned the rest.

Ordered burgers and hoagie. Hoagie turned up with no cheese and chips tasted reheated. Its putting me off going back as keeps being hit and miss 😞

Chips werent great. A lot were hard and tasted bad. The ones that were good were great. The chips were also a bit cold.

Waited 2 hours for our order. When it arrived it was freezing. Called them to get fresh food. Waited another hour for the food to turn up cold again

didnt deliver full order

Ordered chips cheese and donner meet paud a extra pound for tub of garlic sauce no garlic sauce came and ordered large kabab it was small with tub of chilli sause the sauce was pure watery wasnt impressed with the mini calazone as well not much in it has really went down hill

It took a lot longer than advised for the food to arrive, and it was cold when it did arrive. We use them quite a bit but the last two experiences have both been sub-optimal.

Waited nearly two hours and when it arrived there was no juice.

Previous order took an hour and a half for delivery , one before said an hour and a half but could collect in 15 minutes, that order had me Ill being sick with the chicken all night

We waited 2 hours for our order and when it arrived it was not very hot, you cant really microwave pudding suppers as this makes them soggy and unappetising, so our dogs had the suppers, I dont think we will order from The West End Fryer again after this bad experience and waste of money

Pizza was cold and soggy, chicken pakora was dry and rock hard, so disappointed as food is usually good. Wont be back

Food was cold. Arrived 20 mins later than said. Had to phone to see where it was

Another delivery wrong and tomato included when specified no tomato due to an allergy! Such a shame as their chippy side is amazing but pizza and burgers arriving with tomato has left me disappointed as unable to eat despite phoning on complain

After waiting over two hours and phoning twice and getting told it will be with you in no more than 10 minutes I finally phoned and told them not to bother so Im basing my bad review on delivery and not food as I still havent had any food yet

Waited just over 2 hours for small special fish, portion of fritters, single sausage and chips n curry sauce with chicken. I tried calling to see what was taking so long for our delivery but it was engaged all the time ( tried calling for about 30 mins on constant redial....never got through). When it finally arrived the special fish was cold and the fritters weren't much better. I have lived in Whitburn all my life and have always used the top chippie as did my parents. The service has been going down hill over the past couple of years but this has been the worst experience yet.Sometimes its better the devil you know but I think its time for us to find a new chippy. My husband isn't a local but i am.

Took 2 hours to be delivered when arrived freezing cold

Waited 3 hours for two pizzas, 2 chips and a portion of donner meat. Finally came and I didnt get my donner meat. Then waited a further 40 minutes for that to be delivered by then pizza was cold and horrible. Twice Ive waited over 3 hours, wont be ordering again.

Over an hour and a half for delivery and food was cold. Cheers 👍

Ordered at 18.25, was meant to arrive by 7.20pm. called at 7.40 as had not came and was told my order left the shop at 7.30pm and should be there soon. No apologies or actually seeming to care. My order did not arrive until 8.10pm and was lukewarm. A complaint has been made to Scoffable since I can no longer leave a review on the Facebook page. The place has went downhill since Angela and Ralph stopped running it and I won't order again.
