Order cancelled for taking too long to deliver

I normally enjoy my mini calzone meal but thats the 3rd one that has not been nice hardly any kebab meat in it ,sorry the shop is going down hill

Took two hours to arrive and no compensation, food was also frozen, my curry sauce wasnt even heated up, disgusting and shocked at the customer service when I tried to call

I find the service really good and great value for money

I enjoyed my meal still very hot when it arrived and arrived before the time they gave us would order from it again

Sent out the wrong food

Food was cold by the time i got it nearly and hour and a half after ordering it

As per usual the chips were a hit or miss, considering I have an issue with certain foods it's the main item I eat. The oil needs changed and the fact half of them were crispy and crunchy and yet I came across several undercooked chips isn't funny either.

Foods lovely but thats now the 3rd time something has been missing from our order. Just little things like can of juice or couple tubs of sauce but still not great when its happening each time.

Wrong order

Not been impressed with last couple of orders. Yesterday's was cold and batter on fish inedible due to the amount of grease/oil

Pizza wasnt upto standard and looked very rushed and poorly made
