Absolute embarrassment, pizza was lewk warm, donner meat was like dryer than the sahara desert and only a few bits chucked on

Fed up with the pizza been burnt

Paid extra for garlic Mayo and only received normal chilli sauce. Phone line busy to let store know, dont charge me extra money and not get it right

I orderd a turkish pizza there was hardly any cheese onit hardly any donna meat and the donna meat was burnt.

Food was cold Pizza was brick solid

Chips tasted like they were reheated as very very dry again! This happened before about a fortnight ago.

The way the manager spoke to me on the phone was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I dont even know how he can call himself a manager after the way he spoke with me on the phone his words of course the chips and cheese are going to be cold the cheese did come out the fridge also told him about the chip being burnt he said to me how can the chips be burnt hes such an unprofessional disgrace of a manager and I will never be back in your disgusting, dirty shop ever again :)

Placed an order at 17:43 Sunday 26th, at 18:53 it arrived but it was the wrong order meant for someone else, phoned and was advised my order would be sent out 19:35 came with my next delivery and again it was the wrong food and meant for a completely different address by the time my correct order arrived it was 20:40 - 3 hours later.I understand mistakes can happen and hope they use my feedback to prevent this happening in the future to someone else as not everyone is nice these days!

Ordered chips and curry. The curry was burnt and it's not the first time this has happened. Really disappointing as it's happening more frequently

This is the 2nd time an item has been forgotten order every week faithfully. Mistakes can happen but you pay for what you wsnt but dont receive it. Disappointing!

Order a pizza and two fish suppers an hour and a half later two fish supper came no pizza had to wait another hour for the pizza delivery driver rang the bell and was driving away before I got to the door no apology or nothing

Normally i love food but most of the order was disgusting. Burnt pizza base with very crispy kebab meat topping & un edible rubber chicken kebab

Stil waiting on our juice to b delivered 3 hours later ...

meat was dry! pizza had no cheese atall on it.. wont b ordering again!

Chips were dry like they were reheated which was disappointing as never had a bad takeaway yet

Poor food, was burnt and felt horrible afterwards

Kebab meat was freezing cold had to microwave it.Also stated it came on Nan Bread it was just a large wrap.

Forgot half off our delivery and then when we had revived it. It was terribly burnt and the pizza was missing ham and wasnt even cut and it was cold so looked like it was meant for someone else and not us. Wasnt worth the money.
