After waiting for 1 hour 20mins for my delivery they delivered someone else’s order. I tried calling over 10 times only to be hung up on every single time. I ended up driving down, explaining that the order was wrong. They couldn’t find the order so I handed over my phone with the email confirmation. So they made my order fresh, gave me a free bottle of juice for my trouble. No refund on the delivery I had paid. Then when I got back home there was a full meal missing that costs £5. So with that and delivery I basically got ripped off for £7. Very disappointed

Order on line for quickness (take 50p for the privolage) but still have to wait in the normal shop que..very poor idea when there's clearly someone in charge of the online orders..
Time I was give was for 5.50 which was half hour but was there 20 mins early waited so long in there normal que it was 6.15 before I actually got my order!! Very poor service.. any longer I would have walked as I was working at 7pm.

Online it said an 80 min wait however my food arrived within 15 mins, hot and lovely

The food was ok but it took far too long to get delivered and when I tried to get in contact with the shop my phone kept telling me that the line was busy. Might not be back.

Placed an order and took 2 hours to be delivered. Called after an hour to be told I could cancel if I wanted but need to phone scoffable for refund!!!

The food is great but if you spend over £25 your supposed to get a free bottle of juice. This is the second time that no free bottle of juice was provided. Looks like i'm going to have to move to another chip shop.
