Food was stone cold time it eventually arrived was informed our order left at 21.05 by the chippy but we didnt get it till 21.48 disappointed with it as its usual good depending on the delivery driver so food went in the bin

Food was cold by the time it got here and I waited 1 hour 40 minutes for it so it was disappointing.

Waited 3 hours for my food, phoned 3 times and got told every time my order was next and that the driver was on his way, took me to go to the shop for to find out what was happing with my order, and then when I finally got it my food was cold.

Double cheeseburger with no sauce. Somehow the bottom part of roll was soaked in water or grease and was completely soggy.

Waited over 2 hours for our delivery (estimated time 50mins) for the order to arrive without the pizza! This arrived around an hour later with not even a juice freebie! 3 hours in total. Very poor service!

I understand that you might be busy at times but to turn off your phone and not allow customers the opportunity to contact you should they need to I feel is not at all right. This also stops scoffable from rectifying anything for a customer as well so cuts all contact options for your customers.

I bought from here last week and was relatively pleased however this order was beyond a joke, the chips and cheese more like chips and cheese sprinkles. The hoggie soggy and not cooked through. This has put me right off.

Chips well undercooked, black pudding brick hard,fish disgusting,inedible.all in all a complete waste of money

We placed a order at 19:45 and was told it would take 50minutes phoned back up at 20:50 to find out where the order was and was told that the order was on its way, yet again the girl was lying to us, phoned back at 21:20 still not arrived the girl in the shop said it would be there in the next five minutes, we wont be using this service again.

I hate leaving bad reviews but my order was 30 mins later than expected time which I wouldnt have bothered about if my food wasnt freezing cold. I had to reheat it in the oven and it wasnt great at all

Pizza late and cold, when called to resolve the options were shocking and no attempt to fix

Will never use west end fryer again food was cold battered sausages was hard and chips cold deep fried pizza was solid around edges and cold what a waste off money x
