Fish was really dry and chips were not very nice either. Was really disappointed as the previous fish supper I'd had was excellent, one of the nicest I'd had in a long time.

I order the food it was good, but the people that delivered my food were short of £2 of my change and they told me they would bring it up to me ASAP but I havent got it back

Food was well late, swimming in brown sauce and fish was mostly batter, will give it a miss in future even though it had improved lately

All of order didnt arrive. Phoned eventually got through after multiple attempts. Was told rest of order would be sent out. An hour later we had given up and was about to lock up for the night to find rest of our order on the doorstep. Phoned store multiple times to complain but no one answered the phone.

Waited nearly 1 hour for my food

I understand the food is deep fried...however it was super dry.

when it arrived it was Luke warm ...some of the meal was well overcooked the pie was hard and the chipsteak was like it was yesterdays leftover the meat was tough and batter was chewy...not normally this bad

2.5 hours after original order I finally received the correct meal. After being told to contact scoffable for refund and laughed at down the phone for them making continuous mistakes.

Kebabs were amazing but the pizza was black under the base. Way overcooked so most of it was binned. Unusual as the pizzas are normally brilliant

I got an order, and usually great munch but really poor today. Also can of juice was right next to my warm meal and yup you guessed it warm juice. Probably warmer than my meal.

Food came lastnight i ordered chips cheese n curry sauce it came luke warm still trying to work out where the chips were it was basically all the crispy bits from the bottom of the fryer and there was a tiny bit of cheese absolutely disgusting they went in the bin stay away from the place

Fish was not as good as normally is and doner meat could have been cooked longer

I ordered a king rib supper and it was the worst food Ive ever had. I had a few bites and it went in the bin. The oil they are using clearly needs changed. The chips were hard and it just was not good.

2 hours for a delivery is unacceptable, if Id have know this was gonna be the time Id have ordered elsewhere, unfortunately I was not given this time until order had been placed, lost hunger by time of delivery and my kid had fallen asleep without food

Chips, curry sauce and fried onions were so greasy, there was a massive amount of oil in the tub.

Now before i write this i usually cant complain about this place but this order deserves a review. I ordered a pizza and when it came it was as thin as paper , very scarce with the topping and what topping was on was rubbery. Would not recommend . When asked for a refund i was told that because i had three pieces that i was entitled to a refund now i ate 1 piece at first and didn't quite enjoy it i then ate a second to see if it was just the first slice that i didnt like then i got my mrs to try to make sure i wasn't wrong but this is were it gets better they refused a refund but told me they would send another pizza and that came and was the same. Horrible & I definitely wont recommend. Think ill just stay to using Tony's for pizza

My order was never delivered, despite calling the store who told me that the food "had left the shop" although they were unable to confirm when this had happened. I have contacted Scoffable to request a refund.

Didnt get my full order and what I did get didn't taste the best

Food was good but they forgot to deliver half my order. And still dont have the rest of my order. Now down £7.

The food was okay, but they forgot my cola and diet cola.
