First time in years youve got something wrong!! Firstly the order (for collection) wasnt read. One dish was missed off so I had a 10 minute wait. Secondly, when I got home I found that the Turkish Calzone (special order - no cheese) didnt have any onions or sauce; it was just bread and meat. Other than that everything else was delicious as usual. Im sure this was just a blip. Ill be back!

Really nice pizza but gutted it turned up stone cold

Made order at 10pm last night and did not receive my order at all and would like a full refund

Portion size was a lot smaller than usual but still cost the same and there was items missing from our order too.

Once again 0art of my order was missing a can a fanta last time it was a full meal

Asked for Garlic mayo and got chilli sauce. Cost to much in fuel to go back.

Pizza was like cardboard. Chips were crap. £14 down the drain. Thank you 👍

Always ask for grilled burger not to be burned also not to burn bread roll as my son wont eat it and again tonights both burned so went straight in the bin ,this has happened twice out of maybe 6 orders of same thing ,so it can be done

Ordered chicken pakora it was dry and thin and only got like 4 pieces and that was a large! Never again

After waiting for nearly 90 minutes my order turned up, on arriving i noticed they gave me the wrong juice, now this isn't the end of the world as it was only juice but after paying for an order i expect it to be correct.

i ordered a special kebab and was informed when i eventually got through to the west end fryer that their interpretation of a "special kebab" was unlike other takeaways. This kebab consisted of donner meat wrapped in naan bread. Disappointed and it wasn't very cheap.

Wont be back. Fish tasted awful & kebab meat was like a leather belt.

Delivery was on time which was great. Food however was slightly cold which is strange considering I stay 5 mins away but tasted great. Also, portion sizes were a bit ridiculous for the price, for the first time in my life I didnt feel full after a takeaway. I phoned up to raise my concerns and no one got back to me. Wont be back again. Wouldnt recommend
