Pizza was rotten

My meal.was absolutely freezing, an hoir and a half, my tub of ice cream literally melted... disgusting

Food didnt seem as fresh as usual and was quite greasy

All food in my order had been reheated making it unfit for human consumption this is absolutely shocking and unacceptable..... two words.... consumer watchdog

Never arrived until 3 hours later, cold when arrived, customer service poor. Never again

To long between ordering and delivery

wasnt happy with food as it made me feel very ill after i have eaten it

Didnt enjoy pizza at all after waiting 1.35 minutes for it to arrive not very hot.

Food was cold had to put it into the microwave 🙁

It was late by 1.35 hours

We have regularly used this Chip shop in the past and found it to be the best in the area. On these occasions, we chose to collect our order ourselves at the shop. Also on these occasions, our dinner was still piping hot when we got home.On this occasion, we chose to have our meal delivered - never again!We ordered at 5.30pm for a delivery at 6.30pm.However, our meal arrived after 7.00pm. The food was tepid at best and mostly inedible with most of it going in the bin. £16.50 wasted and a very important lesson learned.

Ordered a contactless delivery as were shielding due to my wife being high risk. When the order came, I checked through our side window that the driver wasnt there (as they always leave the order on our doorstep) and seeing no one, I opened the door. It was dark and the driver must have been to the side of our window in my blind spot because as soon as the door opened, he appeared in the doorway without a mask on and cheerily offered me the order, less than half a foot from my face. When I immediately moved back into the house (fairlyfreaked out and obviously shocked) and asked him to put the order down, he then leant his entire body INTO my house and left the food and can in the hall instead of leaving it on the doorstep! Weve been shielding for over a year now and have never once had a delivery driver turn up for a contactless delivery and expect to hand over the food themselves, especially not without a mask. Delivery drivers come into contact with loads of houses every evening so the very least that they can do is mask up. Actually cant believe that a year of shielding has been compromised by one inconsiderate person. We usually cant fault the service from here but the management need to get a grip on their drivers.

I ordered a scottish Calzone which is usualy really good but on this occassion it was soggy, the donner meat was very greasy and it wasn't as warm as I would like. Disappointing.

I have had a lot of takeaway from this shop which i have always collected myself and enjoyed but tonight i had it delivered it took 1&3/4 hrs to be delivered and was not hot had to be put in microwave

Chips were dry and hard, non edible, fish was like it was lying for hours, as it was all dry and hard.

Our order was ok but was missing can of juice which has happened a few times before.

My go to chippy ... but took 2 and half hours and was cold . Fish and fritter greasy

Order arrived ahead of time but it was not hot enough. Had to put it in the oven to warm it up.

Ordered a few times there hoggie wasnt hot and tasted old the sausage was undercooked pizza was bland. The underfill hoggie unless you sate for to be properly shame place used to be good now its not avoid the place
