Ordered a munchie box and the kebab meat along with everything chips... onion rings... chicken nuggets just everything in the box was swimming in oil and the taste of it was like it all had been cooked in right dirty stinky oil... fryers must have needed changed it was disgusting! A full munchie box wasted which was meant for our dinner.. waste of money!!!

Took 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver when saying 50 minutes in email

Pizza was really good as usual, but ordered pepperoni and hot honey with hot chicken as an extra. Only recieved a hot chicken pizza

The kebab was tough and not juicy. After several years of ordering, I don't plan on ordering again. I've also had problems with other orders.bad bad bad!

I Ordered My Items, &, Was Told, They Would Arrive In 1 Hour.West End Frier, Clearly Could Not Meet That Deadline, &, Were, LATE, Once Again.Thankfully, The Delivery Driver, Eventually Arrived, (Around About The Time, I Was About To Call, &, Cancel, My Order), With My Items, &, They Were, STILL, HOT.This Is Why, My Raiting Is, BAD, Instead Of, TERRIBLE.

Took over 2 hours, they said it would be a hour and ten.. Pizza was cold

Food was soggy and freezing cold

Chips tasted like they had been sitting out for ages

It was late and cold went in the bin

Ignored instructions

Found hair in food so put all in bin as wasnt chancing it did send a photo to them so at least being investigated and got a little bit of money back but this has now made it that a wont go near the place again

Took we over the 1hr delivery time and the chips weren't that good, burger was ok

The food was stone cold. I have used this food place before and never had any issues so can only assume the delivery driver is responsible. Very disappointed!!!

I got the Hawaiian cheeseburger tonight, I dont know if you have changed the pineapple you are using but it had a horrible taste to it, also the bun was soggy, not your usual standard!Spent £40 for our family and have to say everyone of us just said it was ok a lot of money for a so so meal!! Wont be hurrying back!

Food was over cooked and dry

Wrong order received, shop did rectify mistake but meal was ruined. Just started using West End fryer again after another bad experience by a rude member of counter staff who had no manners. Wont be back for a long time after this.

The quality of the chip shop produce was pretty bland especially the white pudding which had no texture and the hamburger was tasteless. Not very impressed.

Far too long a wait for delivery.
