You did not say it would be 2hra for the delivery

We placed an order for 3 meals approx 6:15, the delivery took approx 2 hours which was ok as Xmas even. The driver forgot to leave 1 meal (pizza) we called straight away to advise and were told it would be delivered straight away. We called back an hour later as nothing had arrived to be told a new pizza was being prepared for delivery. Approx another hour later it arrived but it was lukewarm. Overall not satisfied at all

Attitude stinks on the phone. Sent wrong order and never sorted it.

Horrible, cold, disgusting food. Poor customer service and made getting a refund extremely difficult.

Food was disgusting

I got a donner hoggie and instead of it being strips of donner meat its was big chunks it was disgusting.

It shouldnt take 2 hours to deliver. Get more drivers. G the he food had to be put in the microwave.

Portion sizes werent great, food was just warm and it was 40 mins late!

Long delivery time! Came cold got replaced but still not the hottest wont be using this takeaway again! Very disappointing!

Delivery received within advised timescale, however, food was luke warm. Calzone was a bit dry, less meat, too much mozzarella & felt it lacked tomato base.

Didnt read one part of the special instructions put on the order

Asked for food to be delivered to side door however driver came to front door then was very unprofessional complaining in an aggressive manner that he had waited 5 min in the rain. For that full 5 min my food sat on a snow covered step so was cold & wet. I enjoy the food from this establishment however cant deal with a side of aggression with my soggy delivery. Wont be back

Special kebab was certainly special. Hunting for the donner meat was great fun consideting it was 90% salad. Pizza looked like it had been left over night. Chese wasnt even hot and was honestly disgusting. Fish and chips made someone sick, batter didn't taste like it was thouroughly cooked.

Put in the order at 17:30, estimated time was 1 hour. The order didn't arrive until 19:40 and the restaurant never picked up the phone - line was constantly busy. Upon opening, the food was freezing from sitting out as long - had to microwave it in order to eat it.

Pick up time was 17:50 got there at 17:40 did not get our order until 18:15 and when got home the order was cold and over cooked and went in the bin

Food always takes longer than their estimate. Also is always cold to lukewarm when it arrives. Used to be so good and has steadily started to go down hill.

Was 20 mins late, had to be reheated and didn't taste that great. Disappointed.

Donned meat wasnt the same as what it usually was. Didnt really enjoy it

Order from here and regularly leave out parts from the order. This time it was the juice, whilst this time they agreed to bring it up, previously the have refused even although we have paid for it via scoffable
