Delivery way too long - 2 hours for a fish supper!! Also you do not know how long you may have to wait until after you place your order and pay. Mabye a Scoffable issue to resolve but on the initial order page the vendor should have the facility to estimate how long you may have to wait before you place your order and you can then decide, but then this may be an issue as people would be put off with long waits.

Pizza was cold when we got it.

Ordered my food at half five and requested delivery for 6:30pm. It arrived at 7pm which wouldve been fine if it wasnt for the fact that theyd missed out half my order. I phoned and they said that driver must still have my food and that they would phone him and ask him to come back with it. I Still hadnt received it by 7:30 so phoned again and was told that the driver didnt have my food so they were remaking it and that it was leaving the shop with the driver at that time. I had received no phone call to inform me that it would be later than they thought and it didnt arrive until 8:20pm. Normally love the West End Fryer but was thoroughly not impressed with tonights service!

Waited two hours on delivery which was fine but then when I cut into the calzone it had spicy onions even tho I asked for them to be left out

Waited 1hr & 15 mins and it was cold not the first time this has happened

Waited just shy of an hour n a half, food was look warm, (temperature for toddlers) King rib was burnt black on one part of it, pizza crunch had a really weird texture between the batter and the soft pizza was like eating cotton, safe to say Al be finding somewhere else, kids pizza still had loose cheese on top 🤢 all in what I managed to eat of mine is contemplating coming back up

2 hour wait time when quoted 1. Was freezing cold and soggy when arrived

If you are going to have me waiting 2 hours for my food then you best make sure it is fresh and delicious when I get it, unfortunately my food could could not have been further from that!My Chipstead had clearly been sitting under a hot plate (for goodness knows how long) and the mozzarella sticks were the same, the cheese inside was solid. Tried to call several times but no answer. Extremely disappointed. Since being taken over this place has gone down hill big time, it's such a same as we're were regulars for deliver and popping in to the shop. Won't be back

Food cold & late

Long delivery and wrong time given on email. Food cold

2 hour delivery time when estimated just 1 hour. Missing a can of juice from meal which unfortunately has happened about 3 or 4 occasions. Theres too much competition for little mistakes like this. Sadly food we have received from here hasnt been consistent.

1hr 40mins for a local delivery when it eventually turned up it eas cold.WEST END FRYER SORRY BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Food was cold. the delivery address was less than half a mile away from the shop. It did not arrive for an hour and 20 minutes. Chips were tasty. Fish was far from fresh. Rather dissappointing

Omg this was by far the worst meal ive ever tasted from the west end fryer,we got a hamburger supper,single smoked sausage n a chicken kebab,the kebab didn't taste right,the smoked sausage was so full of fat when i took a bite it was actually pure grease and the hamburgers were that hard we couldnt get our teeth through them,the batter was solid n even after trying to remove it the burger inside was overcooked n greasy at the same time, it wasnt hard to see that this wasnt freshly made but a reheated mess...complete waste of nearly £18,was so disgusted it all went straight in2 the bin n couldnt even stomach a slice of toast after it...honestly, save ur money n go elsewhere if this is wot they r serving up...they used 2 be lovely 2,really am not a happy customer today 🤢😡

Ordered food and it said 30 mins. 70 mins later i called to see where food was and the driver had taken our food to the wrong house. Waited a further hour then called again. Finally arrived when i was on the phone. Called back again because they were missing our juice and there was no sauce on the food like we had put on the order. The woman on the phone was completely incompetent, put us on hold about 6 times and was so so rude! Told me id have to pay a delivery charge to bring my juice and only after i said i still wanted it. Asked for the manager he didnt come and was meant to call me back. And didnt! Service and food gone right down hill!

Unrealistic delivery times. An hour and a half on a Tuesday night. For a Chippy meal which is already cooked.

Kebab meat was dry nan bread was see through and covered in crumbs or something salad was grated to a inch of its life couldnt eat it

Didnt receive any dips with order that I had paid for! Can of juice was warm and chips were very damp with grease. Special fish was in the same batter as the chicken? Wont be going back

Donner meat is poor not like it used to be, chips and fritters greasy and tasteless. Everytime i ask food to be well cooked and never comes well cooked.
