After waiting for 1.5hrs food arrived cold and to top it of a pizza was missing. We called and were advised drivers had it . We then received a call back to say driver didnt have it and another would be sent out. We asked how long and were advised half an hour . This would be 2 hour since original order, you would think as there mistake the pizza would be sent straight along . Never arrived within 30 minutes it took another hour and 15. We can all make a mistake , we are then judged on our ability to resolve, no going out there way here.

Fish was cold soggy the pizza was asked to cut in 4 and crisp up for the kids not done and chips were defo reheats wont use again if they bothered to answer the phone they would have got it back

Chips were horrible had to put them in the bin fish was really nice and the kebab wasnt nice either place is going down hill again

Took and hour and a half pizza was cold chips werent good, normally really good place aSwell maybe they were too busy. Maybe need to stop when they get too busy taken more customers on as the place is normally really good

Everything was lukwarm and the onion rings were cold. Had to wait 1hour 30mins for delivery !! App said it would be 1hour 10 mins.

Order was over 2 hours wait food was wrong items missing and cold. Phoned back to complain and got abuse and told not to phone back absoultley disgusting customer service will never order from them again nor should anyone else for that matter.

Estimated delivery 1he 20 mins. Actual 1 hr 50 mins. Food was cold on delivery.

The food is always great but i ordered at 7:38 and my food didnt arrive until 10:05

Usually very good infact brilliant.However we waited 1 hour 45 minutes on our order and when it came was cold. We needed to put oven on and heat it up. I know traffic has been bad today with accidents but 1 hour 45 minutes. Thanks

Took my payment then delivered the wrong order. I phoned and the level of service the female who answered provided was a disgrace. She was not interested in the mistake only interested in telling me how busy they were. Yeh might be busy but when you take my money and deliver the wrong order then I expect to be given priority and not pushed to back of the queue. Asked to speak with manager - oh not on site - she then hung up !!! A course in customer service is required 😡

Ordered a single half fried pizza with my order came rock solid and cheese wasnt even melted on it, seemed half cooked half frozen

I ordered the Hawaiian Burger meal, ordered lots of chippy sauce, vinegar and salt on my chips, no salt or vinegar and a tiny amount of sauce covered about 3 chips! The bun for the burger is normally slightly toasted giving a lovely crunch but this hadnt been done this time and the pineapple made the bun soggy, there was no salad or mayo as requested either. One pizza was practically burnt and the other was just cooked and no more. Only good thing was the special fish. Very disappointing and has put me off re-ordering!

I ordered a fish supper for my 83 year old dad and left a message to chap door loud as he is hard of hearing and he never got his meal until he opened door to his carers this morning so not happy

Pizzas were not up to their usual standard at all - burnt and cold. Really disappointing considering delivery time was 1 & 1/2 hours. Dont know whats going on but the place is going downhill lately. Havent had a nice meal in a while.

I got ma food and did not get wot i ask for and wen i phone them up they sayd they would send it out and still watin on it cumin out. Not happy at all.
