Food wasnt the best fried pizza wasnt cooked properly food seems to be getting worse last few orders have been bad

The food was delivered just after the expected time, 1hr 20 mins. Unfortunately, it was cold. Never had this problem before..!! The food is normally good but this time it was just warm. Almost inedible.

Food was freezing

Chicken was good, but the chips had ckearky been reheated and were chewy. Portions were poor. Just not impressed with it. Wont be goinf back.

Missed some of order , when called phone rang our.

Waited over 2 hours

it took over an hour to get my food and when it arrived it was 2 items short namely pickle and pickled egg

Food was great as always but the 1hr 45 mins wait wasn't especially when i was told he was on way and still didn't turn up for another 45 mins

I didnt get what i ordered and was charged for it

The batter on the fish was soggie.

Chips were re heats from last night all brown and burnt at the edges. I use this shop every Saturday and have been noticing thing have gradually went down hill since Ralph and Angela left. Re heats not very nice

Left the food at the wrong door juice was missing food was burnt on the kids box the fruit shoot was under the food so the juice was warm.

Had this before and it was good But last nights was very greasy couldnt eat it not pleased . But quality ewasnt there im afraid .

I asked for lots of chippy sauce on my fritters and there was pretty much none at all. There was also barely any sauce on anything else we ordered.

The burger and bum were both burnt black which totally ruined my Turkish burger meal, the burger ended up in the bin

Took nearly two hours for a delivery when one hour ten minutes acknowledged
