Food was really bad. Soggy and just overall awful was like it had been sitting for over a hour before it got to me. Estimsted delivery time was 1hour 10minutes but waoted 2 hours not even a apology for delay

Waited 2 hours 20 minutes for delivery on a Wednesday...When it arrived it was warm-ish, sausage was oberdone and it was swimming in sauce. Place has went down hill since its been taken over, dissapointing as was such a good chippy.

The food was great as always but i preordered at 6.30 pm for 7.40pm and it didnt arrive until about 8.50 pm. Don't take orders in advance if you cant deliver on time

Fish was dripping with grease, very little chips, I ordered a chicken tikka hoggie, chicken was salty, not like tikka at all, and the portion if chips was very small , wouldnt order again, sorry !

Delivery arrived driver was nice and polite. However the pizza I ordered the top lid of box was squashed so the entire pizza topping was stuck to the top lid which ruined the pizza.

Had to call back after it been late. Placed order at 4.30pm for first delivery to be at 5.30 for it to show up at 5.50 then my chips were missing a a nugget from a 8 piece meal, pizza base was still doughy and my diet cola was warmer than the pizza clearly sat waiting. 5 calls later to get to the shop and the can replace my chips (after I ate the rest of my food) and cant sort out the miss counting on their part. No sorry and no money back. Delivery driver on the second time was long gone before I got to the door. Wont be back sadly, we have received better from else where

Over 2 and half hour wait. Chip roll had added extra in form of a long hair. When i called to advise of this amd request a replacement i was asked what colour the hair was...... what difference that makes i dont know. They agreed to get replacement out right away. This took over an hour to arrive. I ended up having my dinner (alone as everyone else had had theirs) after 11 pm which more than 4 hours after it was ordered.Not impressed..... come back angela 😡

Last 3 orders have all had problems. Today the didn't send my drink, driver said he was phoning them to get it sent out but it never arrived.

The food was really greasy, the delivery took 2 hours from Whitburn to Armadale to arrive. The only thing was the delivery driver was okay. Not a good service at all.

Chips soggy burger roll burnt onion rings soggy special fish not crisp enough

Ordered a pizza 12" half n half Some pieces were stucknto the box and 2 pieces hardly had any topping on it, and the base couldve been doing with a littke more time in the oven. Unfortunately not at its best this time 😔

Ordered a burger meal and only received the burger with no chips in the box at all to which I had to wait on the chips being delivered and they were cold.
