Munch box was poor calzone was underfilled

Everything was cold.

Missed daughters pizza and the took over an hour to deliver a cold dried out pizza!!

I have always got our meal on a Friday and just feel the portion sizes especially kebab are getting smaller each week.

The order wasnt correct when it came and I had to call to talk to someone in the takeaway First Lady I spoke to put the phone down on me and the second lady I spoke to was lovely she apologised and replaced the items and the delivery men were polite ..

Freezing cool minging food! Stay clear, i am reporting them to trading standards and health and safety

Food is far too salty.

spent £23 on pizza,chicken kebab,chips all of which were cold phoned back as pizza was freezing cold and had hardly any cheese or chicken on.I got this exchanged but was same as last one wont be back 1/10

Well for one I requested this to be delivered to the gatehouse I work in, they reassured me it would be then was delivered to the wrong place, also missing a bottle of diet irn bru

Took for ever for food for it to finally arrive was more grease than food the kebab meat look like dog food was horrible there should A way to get your money back after Paying online if a paid cash a would have took it back but Cant the way hings are

Waited two hours after phoning following the 1 hr 40 minutes stated ( which is understandable in the current situation ) However food was cold and required reheating . Food however was tasty and was what we ordered so not terrible 😏

At ordering we were advised approx 1 hour delivery. After waiting over 1 and half hours I called then to be told it would be another half or so! Eventually after 2 hours the delivery arrived and the pizzas cold. Delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. Wont be. Back !!

Order arrived 40 mins late, food wasnt very hot, can of juice was roasting hot. Donner meat was very greasy, garlic dip had split indicating a long time in the hot bag.

One item was missing from the order, a can of juice and one of the suppers was wrong. A small special fish was orderd and a small battered fish was given. The food was hot and fresh so no problem there. I was hungry and I didn't want to wait another hour or more for a new delivery therefore didnt contact the shop. More attention to detail needed.

Food took an hour and half to come,understandable in the circumstances but was freezing cold not to the usual standard goin downhill.

chips were rotten pizza was cold & also got sent the wrong thing

Whilst a good meal, this is now the second time my meal has came without the can of juice that is included

My Calzone was absolutely fantastic, just wish I received the dips I paid extra for :(

Special fish 7.20 soggy fish and awful chips. Never again.

Drive never did social distance my husband opened door and he shoved food in his hands last order from me

Time for delivery took over the time they told us it would take, when we received our food we were missing juice and the pizza was burned and cold.
