I understand that we are going through unusual circumstances and is affecting everyone. Last nights meal was bad. There were hardly any chips, chips were hard/dry, hardley any curry sauce and virtually no chippy sauce (asked for extra chippy sauce) on chips. The pizza (fried) was chewy and hard around the edge. Our last couple of deliveries have been really good, at one point my chips were swimming in chippy sauce.Unfortunately this isnt the first time i have had to leave a bad review. Im beginning to think it depends who has mafe up the order.

Ordered twice and twice no juice came with order 1st time driver said hed bring it out on his nxt run. Still waiting two weeks later. Thought Id give them another chance. Food was Luke warm and no juice I said to driver and as he was getting in to the car hes said they didnt give me any then drove off.

Wait time was 1hour 20 which I can understand in present circumstances but food was cold when it arrived and had to reheat in own oven. 16 inch pizza had 12 inch filling on it. Very dry at edges. Medium chips looked more like small chips.

Pizza was terrible only good thing was the chips

Food took over 2 hours to come, was freezing when it arrived, I am very disappointed in this takeaway and it has really went downhill. will not be back again

Took well over the hour that was stated, and 2 meals were cold, wont be using again

I ordered a chicken kebab, but all I could taste was the burt chicken. not very nice at all.

Pizza was cold by the time I got it.

Large chicken pakora and large donner meat were thebsoze of small portions from other take aways. Chilli sauce missing from order and when i called to complain the person on the phone said right and then nothing else. Ive had several deliveries from here lately with the portions getting smaller and mistakes being made constantly. I will never be using this place again.

I paid £30 for food and it was disgusting the pitta bread from the kebab was brick hard and the chicken tikka from the hoggies were really funny tasted and the pizza was soggy and the cheese tasted funny , a total waste of £30

Understand that they where busy but delivery arrived 2 hours later and my chicken burger was raw still pink and hard in the middle.

I have no issue with the time its taken originally for my order to come - as we all know we are in a mega crisis. BUT ... to send me the wrong order - then when I called .. was told I had to wait 2 and a half hours for the next correct order to be sent ?? I then got them to realise it was there mistake .. to then be sent out a terribly thrown together bit of kebab meet in a wrap ? and this totally ruined my my now evening. I hope your happy. I will not return. I will absolutely ruin your business. Customer service from an absolute fluessy of a telephone handler was shocking. Especially when it was not my issue. Terrible service terrible food !!!!!!!

Our order was wrong and the pizza was frozen cold

Kebab was tiny and cold. Twice the price of a diner burger but less meat? No chippy sauce, salt, or vinegar on the chips

Took ages to come, phoned after two hours and was told was waiting on driver, phoned back an hour later and was told That the order was lost, now finally got my meal 4 hours later, it was good when it arrived so thats the only redeeming thing

1 hour and 20 minutes is a ridiculous time to wait on a Thursday early evening , i could have caught a fish myself cleaned and cooked it in less time than that, over an hour should get a discount

Ordered a mini calzone deal (mini calzone, chips and a can of juice) and single sausage yesterday, waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery, and the calzone didnt have chips or juice with it. Poor service on a simple order.

Food was good but estimated delivery time of 1hour 10mins wasnt accurate took 1 hour 45mins.

Got a delivery took over 1.5 hours. Chips and roll from burger were soggy and cold.
