Placed an order at 6, half the order arrived by 7:30, then phoned to request the missing half only for it to be delivered 9:20 minus salt and sauce requested and chips dried out. Always used to be great here but 2 needlessly bad experiences in a row, never again.

The order took nearly 2.5 hrs to arrive. When I phones the shop to complain I was threaten with the police!

Ordered at 8,15...delivered at 10 o'clock. Part of order missing..rectified in 20 mins as their fault. Food was just warm

Chicken and sweetcorn pizza was very disappointing. You can buy a 3 pack of Green Giant sweetcorn for £2 and 14 pieces cost £1.80. Chicken (at £2.40) wasn't much better. Essentially a (cold) margharita pizza but with an additional charge. Think you need to remove 'Award winning pizza' from the site.

Calzone dough was soggy and raw

Second time ordering first time home delivery took over 2 and a half hours to come. Second time (today) I thought I would collect to save time and I waited half an hour after collection time. Wont be back

It took 1 hoir and 35 minutes to get to my hoise when i asked for it asap

Potions were tiny. Was meant to be a large kebab with salad seperate and no sauce. Instead we got extra small kebab with sauce, no salad and wouldn't even fill my 10yr old

The last couple of times were nice but back to normal horrible

Been using this chippy for a long time. Had a delivery tonight. Normally fantastic quality. Tonight the pie and chipsteaks were either reheats or over cooked. Both were dry and pretty much inedible. On the plus side, I got a pizza for someone else and they said it was one of the best theyve had.

Food took 1 hour 40 mins to be delivered (this is fine because I usually wait this long on a Friday as I understand they are busy) but when it came it was cold and undercooked. My chip steak was pink inside and my pizza was cold and also tasted spicy as if there was chilli in it (this was ham and pineapple). Also I tried to call them to ask to add on a tub of sauce if the order hadnt left yet and the girl was really rude and dismissive and I just felt like she wanted to get me off the phone. I didnt get my sauce. Really disappointed and wont be back.

Well been using west end fryer Whitburn for a few years and Its always been good but tonight it arrived cold and I gad to heat it all up as it was for my childrens Dinner so not good this time ..

Order arrived 2 and a half hours after being put in. Unfortunately I had ordered my wee girls favourite but arriving so late 8.28pm and order put in at 6.02pm. My girl goes to bed at 9pm and therefore had toast for her dinner and her order put in the bin as too late to eat pizza and chips before me going to bed,Waste of £20 food order. All put in the bin as eating so late at night is not for us for it to be lying in your stomach. Will not be bad. Poor customer service and very disappointing

I called them following the delivery of my food to inform them I was missing my drink. I then called an hour later to say I still hadnt received it and they offered an apology and a further wait. I got my juice about 90 minutes after my meal

Waited about 70mins for my delivery got a small fish supper and 2x large fish suppers and got 2x small and 1x large supper instead and the chips were solid and absolutely freezing i am appalled with the food delivered! Won't be getting another delivery from there again
