Sick off placing an order and somethings missing second time that Ive bought a meal and no can of juice turns up and when you phone up they say theyll send it up but still dont get it

Food was far too salty and very dry, took forever to arrive and chips were soggy. Also the kebab meat was that dry it couldnt be ate.

The staff are soooo unhelpful

Missing some of my order and took an hour for it 2 b come

Waited an hour and Pizza was cold and not a lot of toppings, this place used to be good

I received my order at today 1 hour and a half later with no cans of juice which I paid for I called back at 7:30 to say they hadnt come and they said it would be sent out , waited an hour called back at 8:30 said it would be sent out its now 21:46 and still waiting on juice ...

Chips were disgusting, hard, cold and still had potato skin on them.

Meal was delivered almost cold, disappointing.

No update time, 2 hours to deliver, cold food, not answering their phones, pretty pathetic to be honest, place has gone way downhill

It took an hour and a half to be delivered and yet again the juice was missing. Tried phoning the shop 15 times and unable to get through. I have been using the same chip shop for over 20 year's and i am sad to say i will be looking for another one now.

It was a reheated pizza chips were ok and my daughters chicken nuggets were ok but wont try west end fryer again

Delivery took a long time order got here it was cold and had sent me the wrong items which were cheaper than what I ordered and was still charged the full amount

When food eventually arrived, the chips were dark brown in colour, a lot darker than usual, all hard and some were like sticks and uneatable, they looked like reheated chips. Usually the food is excellent dont know what happened yesterday though, bit disappointed to be honest!

Warm and greasy. Requested vinegar and lots chip shop sauce...sadly missing

Brought me half the order and then had to wait for the rest. When it eventualky arrived it was freezing! Very disappointed! First and last time ordering from here!

Terrible food was cold and my wee boy pizza didnt even come with my order

Chips were hard and could tell had been over cooked, the Hoggie itself was rock hard on one side, could barely even bite into it and also tasted burnt - very unhappy

Order took over 2 hours to arrive and when it eventually did it was cold and chips were solid
