Found hair in food so put all in bin as wasnt chancing it did send a photo to them so at least being investigated and got a little bit of money back but this has now made it that a wont go near the place again

Took we over the 1hr delivery time and the chips weren't that good, burger was ok

The food was stone cold. I have used this food place before and never had any issues so can only assume the delivery driver is responsible. Very disappointed!!!

I got the Hawaiian cheeseburger tonight, I dont know if you have changed the pineapple you are using but it had a horrible taste to it, also the bun was soggy, not your usual standard!Spent £40 for our family and have to say everyone of us just said it was ok a lot of money for a so so meal!! Wont be hurrying back!

Food was over cooked and dry

Wrong order received, shop did rectify mistake but meal was ruined. Just started using West End fryer again after another bad experience by a rude member of counter staff who had no manners. Wont be back for a long time after this.

The quality of the chip shop produce was pretty bland especially the white pudding which had no texture and the hamburger was tasteless. Not very impressed.

1 hour 10 mins estimated delivery took over two hours ended up having to go collect or would have taken even longer

Asked and paid for a haggis nugget supper but when I got home there was no chips with it. Second time this has happened. Food ok but wee bit disappointed

The chicken was back with been burnt off grill was discussing salad was terrible too and half beard was missing too salty too all could taste first time last time eating there 0/10 A takeaway is getting a luxury with way cost living this was vial On plus side chips and Cheese were good but chips not hot enough to melt the cheese 5/10First last time there wish could add pictures to this

Pizza was dry hardly any garlic edges you could use some garlic not for me

Usually have excellent food from here but this time the fish was soggy and the chicken full of grease. And it was over 20mins late.

We always usd the westend fryer. Last night we ordered a takeaway and it was confirmed 1 hour delivery. 2 hours later it arrived. Far to late was in my bed. Very disappointed this time and i have requested a full refund.

Hoggie was more wrap than anything shame as when they do it decent its really nice

It was all cold,the cheese on top of the chips was not melted and with donner on top,seams to me that it was all served cold.

Didnt receive was stolen
