Order was very late and the food was cold. Also garlic mayonnaise was missing(this has happened before)

Delivery driver kept the change of my order from use

Was missing the chips from my order,phones along to be told they were sorry and would send them straight along....30 minutes later they turn up...only saving grace was they were at least hot when they finally did turn up....definitely not a happy customer this evening....sorry🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Staff kept hanging phone upThe nutella pizza had a scraping of nutella on it.

Took just over 2 hours for my delivery to arrive and food had a little heat to it not much could have been better

Waited 1hr 25mins for it to arrive and the pizza and chips both stone cold had to reheat👎👎...so disappointed as this used to be an amazing pizza place...sorry but last order from me

Chippy as usual is good, waited an 90 min for delivery. Ordered a pizza first in a while from here was cold and bland had better 99p ones from Iceland.

Missing can off juice

Burnt chicken kebab no garlic sauce which was ordered not hot but luke warm and salad tasted sour . Last week burgers crap for want of a better expression so wont order again . Used to be the best chippy a few years ago .... what happened?

Appalling service. Tried to phone shop to cancel delivery and pick up instead and staff had turned phone off. Will not be ordering again the place is terrible. The staff to busy talking about biying vodka to deal with customers.

Delivery time is awful. Got email of 2 hours 40 minutes called to advise would collect for my husband to go to the shop for it to then be delivered to the house whilst he was standing in the chip shop which i had been advised it hadn't left the shop when i called. Will not be using this chip shop again delivery time and customer service is awful. Also delivery guy rattles the door like he is going to come through it.

Chips and fritters arrived cold with no pizza ! When pizza eventually came it was also cold !!!

Food was more than 2 hours and absolutely freezing when we eventually received it. Called the shop to advise that and was rudely stopped and told its what we ordered take it or leave it then was hung up on.
