Usually really enjoy our meal from West End Fryer. But was not very warm tonight & soggy!Sorry guys.

I ordered to b delivered 8pm & came 730ish meaning when I got home just b4 8 was cold ! Glad someone was even in to take order !

Didnt get my full order but paid for it

I ordered a 7 munchie box fro the Westend Fryer that was supposed to come with a can of juice which I never received and still havent received although I was told they would send it out with one of their delivery drivers. Also the munchie box was supposed to have chicken nuggets in it and didnt and it never had a replacement!

Part of my order was a 16 garlic pizza that was so thin it was literally inedible! It was brick hard and burnt.

Absolutely disgusting soggy undercooked pizza phoned and complained first time to be sent more to replace them and they were just as bad burnt on top and under cooked and disgusting on the bottom. Certainly wont be back to West End Fryer absolutely disgraceful.

Kids couldnt eat the chips as they were as hard as a brick so wasted all that money for it to be put in the bin

The pizza 🍕 we recieved, was not what we expected it was very floppy and the chees just slid off, myself and my grandson could not eat it. Im sorry for this negative feedback but its just how we felt

Over an hour for delivery with no update.

chips were under cooked, chicken was over cooked and recieved the wrong order to start with

Placed an order for a chicken family meal box, waited one hour for delivery for it to arrive which I didnt mind really, but when order arrived there was only enough chips in box to feed the 2 kids. My partner called up to complain to which he received terrible customer service from staff. They wanted to send a delivery driver down to collect the box and take back to chip shop to see if what was in the box was reasonable for a family meal, which was impossible as the kids had already started eating as it was a late tea, partner was unhappy with there customer service as he was having a three way conversation with a young lad who was obviously trying to help the situation, but person in charge wouldnt speak on phone instead decided to get young lad to pass on what he wanted to say. We understand these establishments are busy, but my partner wasnt happy with the way the person in charge tried to resolve the situation. A 10 min phone conversation that should have took no more than a min or so to resolve in having more chips sent down which is all we wanted in the first place a meal that could feed a family instead chips portion was only enough to give 2 young children. You pay your money for a family meal you expect to receive a family meal. Disgusted in the lack of customer service and dont think we will return have been eating at this establishment for years and never had a problem with staff before. Rather a shame that they lack in customer services as the food is good from my point of view.

Worst yet from a once excellent chippy.Chips were like reheats covered in sauce to hide the fact , and god knows where the stinking kebab meat came from , never again !!
