Took two hours to arrive and no compensation, food was also frozen, my curry sauce wasnt even heated up, disgusting and shocked at the customer service when I tried to call

Sent out the wrong food

Food was cold by the time i got it nearly and hour and a half after ordering it

As per usual the chips were a hit or miss, considering I have an issue with certain foods it's the main item I eat. The oil needs changed and the fact half of them were crispy and crunchy and yet I came across several undercooked chips isn't funny either.

Foods lovely but thats now the 3rd time something has been missing from our order. Just little things like can of juice or couple tubs of sauce but still not great when its happening each time.

Wrong order

Not been impressed with last couple of orders. Yesterday's was cold and batter on fish inedible due to the amount of grease/oil

The food was very poor. Overcooked inedible chicken pakora and donner meat. Undercooked onion rings. This is the 2nd time since new ownership the food has been awful, we won't be buying again..

Rubbish rotten food

Portion were small for large chips and calzone had bigger from them before

Over an hour and a half wait. When we called the manager really couldn’t care less and gave nothing but cheek. Will never be back in there or order from them again. Terrible customer service

Pizza cold, juice not delivered but charged £2.70 for it. Wont be using them again .

Pizza was cold tomatoe sauce runny very little toppings

Wasn't as nice as this time a round pizza wasn't cooked normally it really nice but to night a didn't even eat the pizza

I received a garlic mayo that was off. It was starting to yellow and was very smelly. Other than that food was ok
