Never received the main part of my order but what did arrive was already cold very dissapointing

Very disappointed with order, had fresh pizza and chips pizza was cold and sauce on pizza was chunky and was like a jar of raggu was tasteless base was the only good thing about it. Had a few wrong orders lately so not impressed

Can of Diet Coke was missing. I will expect this on my next order.

Used to be no bad. But no very good now portions are smaller and don’t get the orders right (things missing)

Had to call shop as when order arrived was missing something , also cold

you provided the wrong dip with my calzone meal

Food was cold and supper very small like a child’s portion very disappointing tonight

Didn’t taste freshly cooked, tasted like it had been heated up waiting for a driver

Always something wrong and when contacted the shop I got a driver on the phone first time then some guy who didn’t really care

Delivery took almost 2 hours - chips where cold - cheese hadn't even metled and was a poor amount of cheese most of the chips where plain

Took an hour and a half to be delivered a cold pizza and cold kebab (all binned) from a takeaway which is 0.7 miles from my house. Disgusting, never again.

The haggis was burnt,n had obviously lying for a while,the chicken was over cooked n was dry and solid,the battered mushrooms were laden with grease,the chips were soggy and the black pudding fritter was the same...the only thing edible was the fresh made pizza that alone saved this meal from angry face rating,everything else was put in the bucket,£20+ for the bucket to enjoy...this used to be a fantastic place and the food lovely but this is the 3rd time in a row the food has been vile, n i wouldnt normally say anything negative in a review but enough is enough....save your money n order from elsewhere...sorry

What is happening to the portion sizes? Less chips with every meal and my husbands Italian Calzone looked like a deflated pitta bread. We have been ordering for years but this is the 3rd or 4th time we've noticed this. When we pay for a meal, we want a meal...not a snack.

I waited over an hour for my delivery. not all my order was there, called them to say and they said they would get missing items sent out. waited 90 minutes and was still waiting. phoned and and cancelled it. told to get intouch with scoffable

Black pudding supper was not good the pudding was clearly sitting out for a while and was hard to eat. Not the usual standard

We got the wrong order when we did get the right it was not very warm

The Chicken Kebab was terrible, it was burned and tasted horrible. The Chicken burger just tasted like plastic.

Dry crispy chips, fish didnt taste too good either, what's happened? I do nothing but praise this chip shop as the best in west lothian but I wasn't impressed at all tonight. Hope it doesn't happen again

Chicken wasnt very nice, salad looked horrible, and they couldnt follow a simple request
