Food did not arrive at all. After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes for the delivery to arrive, we had to drive along and pick it up ourselves. Delivery times have been getting worse recently. It’s a shame that the good food that comes out of this place is being undermined by disappointing service.

Waited 2 hours and no delivery. Called the shop to be advised it would be another 45 minutes. I ended up just cancelling the order.

Long delivery time when ordered but to call down after that time has passed to br told not working on it yet and will be another 45 mins without update is not good. Stop taking orders till you catch up if its too busy.

Delivery took over 90 minutes, had to call three times regarding order, twice to chase delivery and third to get missing part of order sent out West End Fryer has really gone downhill since the running of kt change hands which is a great shame

Crushed pizza

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for order with no contact to let me knowit was going to take as long as long. My daughter had to leave for her wee club before it arrived.

2 hours to wait on a delivery is pathetic especially when your gettng for kids, if i knew it was going to be that long would have ordered elsewhere but had paid by card, there should be something on here that lets you know estimsted delivery times before you place your oder, ended up binning half of it to

2 hours for delivery and went to collect. Wasn’t even given a refund on delivery.

Waited almost 2 hours and didnt bring one of the meals. Very dissatisfied.

Delivery was 2 hours but the food was good once it had arrived.

I waited 1 hour 20 mins. The 16 " chicken tikka pizza was cetainly not chicken tika. Not one bit spicy. Large pirtion of chips was shockingly small. Got a larger small bag in Almos. And to be honest it was not very warm . Very disappointing infact the worst I have had from any takeaway

Tuesday night, waited 1 hour 15 mins for order to be delivered. Food was good but very unimpressed by delivery service

i ordered an extra chippy sauce (50p tub) but never received it. i called the west end fryer to tell them i didn’t get everything i ordered, and i got told that i will receive a new sauce. i waited for ages and my sauce hadn’t came. i know it’s not much but i did pay for it and i did also phone and still not receive it.

Took over an hour to arrive. Not great!

I ordered chips n curry and a jumbo smoked sausage after waiting 1 hour and 35mns i phoned the shop to be then told another 30mns no update about the length of time or anythibg i cancelled order and went elsewhere

Kebab was very poor

Worst calzone in a long time , hardly any cheese and kebab meat dried out

Took over an hour for delivery! Then to be provided with wrong food I then had to personally take the wrong food to the shop and collect mine. No offer of getting my delivery charge refunded really disappointed
