Chips and fritters were really really greasy never had anything like that from them before

Delivery turned up an hour and 50minutes after ordering

Took an hour to get here (which i expected of a Saturday night), when it came it had obviously been sitting on a hotplate as the polystyrene container had melted at the bottom, fused the box together and onto the food. Called them and they reissued another. Called again 90 mins later as had not received anything only to be yold it hadnt gone out yet. So now 3 hours 10 mins after ordering, I still haven't eaten.

After waiting for 1 hour 20mins for my delivery they delivered someone else’s order. I tried calling over 10 times only to be hung up on every single time. I ended up driving down, explaining that the order was wrong. They couldn’t find the order so I handed over my phone with the email confirmation. So they made my order fresh, gave me a free bottle of juice for my trouble. No refund on the delivery I had paid. Then when I got back home there was a full meal missing that costs £5. So with that and delivery I basically got ripped off for £7. Very disappointed

Order on line for quickness (take 50p for the privolage) but still have to wait in the normal shop que..very poor idea when there's clearly someone in charge of the online orders.. Time I was give was for 5.50 which was half hour but was there 20 mins early waited so long in there normal que it was 6.15 before I actually got my order!! Very poor service.. any longer I would have walked as I was working at 7pm.

The food was ok but it took far too long to get delivered and when I tried to get in contact with the shop my phone kept telling me that the line was busy. Might not be back.

Food was cold when it arrived an hour after ordering it! Nobody ate it!

Placed an order and took 2 hours to be delivered. Called after an hour to be told I could cancel if I wanted but need to phone scoffable for refund!!!

Took over 2 hours to deliver and all i wanted was a kids meal, my 5 year old was half asleep eatimg it

Need better delivery service

The food is great but if you spend over £25 your supposed to get a free bottle of juice. This is the second time that no free bottle of juice was provided. Looks like i'm going to have to move to another chip shop.

2 hours for a delivery is shocking, and the food was cold.

Waited over 1 hour, phoned to be told it would be at least another 30 mins. So i said i would collect, got to shop still have to wait in the line even although now waited over and hour. My food order was wrong had to wait till it was cooked again. 1hr 45 mins later i finally got my order. Know i now they were very busy they should have stopped taking in orders.

Food wasn’t great again. Definitely starting to go down hill.

Food cold, ordered 500ml bottle Diet Coke, driver showed up with can normal coke which I don’t drink. Food cold. Driver was supposed to come back with refund for bottle of Diet Coke which I never received and didn’t. So effectively they stole £1.50 from me!!!!!!!!! Will never go back, utter crooks

Stated that i didnt want onions on my calzones ended up gettimg them to top it off left with no food as went in the bin and 22.20 down the drain basikly
