The last couple of orders I've had "chips n curry sauce" also "haggis supper" . The portion of chips has been reduced significantly resulting in poor value for money. Not what I expect from the West End Fryer.

3 cans of juice were missing. Food was cold and absolutmeh disgusting.

Food was good as usual, but missing the garlic sauce with my calzone and no salt or sauce on any of the other items which had been asked for.

Took 1hr 40mins for delivery and was cold when we opened the food

Unfortunately the pitta breads had almost disintegrated by the time our food arrived. Not the best kebabs.

Pizza was overcooked

Had to weight 1hr40mins and I had to call them apart from that the food was great.

Food took over an hour and a half to be delivered. Then arrived cold and pizza was burnt. Used to use this chippy all the time but the last few time it’s not been anywhere as good.

Batter on both scampi and the mushrooms could have been done a little longer

I was waiting for 1,5 hour for uncomplete order ! Never again!!!

Rang to inform them part of the order was wrong. They were going to bring correct item. But never showed up.... saying shop is closed on scoffable and phone constantly engaged!!!

Food had no flavour at all was yuck

The food was late then when arrived it was very cold. No sauce on my meal and my partners pizza was greasy. When I called the shop to explain I got called a liar.. I don’t normally have any trouble with this shop but last night was terrible!!

Mostly cold food delivered. Wait time is terrible and food doesn’t make it worth it.

My order was delivered missing parts (this has happened around four times) so I called to inform them some of my order was missing. I ordered at 5pm and the other half of my order turned up at 7.45.

This take away must be living off past glorys. winner of a pizza award in 2016 i think...wouldnt of fed the pizza i ordered to my dog it was that bad. soggy and under cooked, spent most of the time putting the toppings back on to it. wouldnt order again. great chip shop...poor pizzas

Nearly 2 hours waiting on delivery,no email confirmation or even a sorry

Never received correct order

Took 2 hours to arrive, phoned after 90 mins and was told they didn’t know where our order went.
