Waited over 2 hours for food and it was freezing!

Order took over an hour 35 mins no apology from the driver and chips where cold

Pizza was nice but the pakora had clearly been put in an oven to keep it warm as the container had melted to the pakora! I'm not a fan of eating polystyrene. Pakora was burnt to a crisp too which was disappointing.

Pizza was only warm. Lot of the toppings were on the lid as if it had been dropped

My Drinks were missing , sauces where missing and then got to the shop to collect it wasn’t ready for the time it needed to be ready for. Seemed like they had forgotten about my order as we got there , we said my name and they basically turned round and Said get everything ready, by the sound of that they receive my order but just didn’t bothered doing it and forgot about it until we said we are collecting ! Won’t be going back there again

Waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive and when it finally did it was freezing. I tried calling the shop but the phone just rang out for a full 5 minutes with no answer. If it wasn't for my elderly diabetic mother I'd have sent it back and demanded a full refund. I will never ever use this shop again and I will tell anyone who'll listen to avoid it as well.

It took 2 hours to arrive and the chips were not edable. Also the can of juice had been dropped and the top burst open.

over 1.5 hour wait for delivery

I placed my order at approximately quarter past 9 and it is now 25 past 12 and I still haven't received my order. I have tried phoning multiple times and they don't even answer. Truly appalling service and will make a point of never ordering anything from here again, as well as making sure all my friends and family know exactly what kind of service they can expect from here. Absolute joke of a place.

Mini calzone meals weren't nice. Very greasy and bland flavour.

Wouldn't order from them again.

Food was lovely however an hour and 40 minute wait was disappointing.

Order was really late and things were missing.
