Even my dogs wouldn't eat the burgers. Full of grease

Chicken burger over cooked and food was cold

food was to salty

No dip which I paid for. Asked for salt only and the kebab meat had chilli sauce on it with chippy sauce, My sons kids meal didnt come with a drink either

I did not get my can of juice

The worst meal EVER !! Who cooked Chicken Kebab tonight ? This was inedible. I will NEVER. order from West End Fryer again. Aileen Allan

Order came 1 hour and 20 min later, 20 mins over estimated 1 hour. Also came cold and food was a mess. Packaging was soiled from food.

Forgot my juice and didn't close the gate.

Took 1hr30mins to come and lukewarm....so no not the best this time....normaly great

My order wasnt fully correct. I had ordered a doner hoggie wrap and got a chicken tikka one now I am in pain

ordered then 2 hours later called to see where food was they said its out for delivery. 30 minutes later still not here called again and they said its not going out for another 30-60 minutes.

Burnt and dry really awful and binned complete waste of money, standards in this shop have really went downhill

My delivery was an hour late and I only live about 500 yards away from the shop.

Once again another late delivery it really has gotten to a stage that we will stop using you as a take away.

Said it would take 40 minutes. Phoned after an hour to be told it was on it's way but took another 30 minutes after that!!!

Waited 20 minutes past expected delivery time, to be told it was leaving. Further 40 minutes later to be told the same thing on the phone. A total of 2 hours and 29 minutes waiting, for food that was clearly reheated and lukewarm. Very disappointing.

I picked up a slice of pizza and the topping fell off , not usual for the WEF . Battered sausage was burned . Not nice .

Mini calzone menu says donner, cheese and chilli. It then gives an option of a tub of sauce. That says to me that youll get chilli on the calzone and tub of sauce additional. Apparently not 😏 dried up wee calzone

waited an hour and 40 minutes when it said it would be 1hr 18mins. came cold. dont understand how this place has been open for so long and still cant get delivery's out on time and warm!

Over 2 hour wait for 2 suppers

Waited 2 hours for delivery and had to phone 3 times before they actually delivered the food with a pizza missing then took another hour to deliver pizza that had obviously been put back in the oven to reheat as it was rock solid. Also staff were very unprofessional when answering the phone while laughing and having a carry on with another worker I assume meaning she never listened to anything I had said and had to ask me to repeat everything. Wont b back in a hurry

Fish didnt look fresh. Grey and black bitsVery chewy

Great service. Food still hot.
