Waited far to long nearly 2hrs, food eventually arrived and was cold!

My food was stone cold.

was given update that delivery would be 1 hour, but it took 90 mins and didn’t answer at shop when calling to see how long it be

took a bite of black pudding and it was hard chips were nice the fish wouldn’t even call it fish was half a fish

Hardly any chips, even less cheese. A Mexican burger with salad is no salad and 3 jalapeños? Vile

Order was missing some of the order

Pizza ordered was soaking wet, soaked through the bottom of the box. Pizza fell apart when trying to eat because of this. Battered mushrooms soggy also.

Nothing wrong with food just disappointed with delivery time, quoted 50 mins and it was over an hour and a half.

Was told it would be 50 minutes then had to wait another 10-20 minutes for it to arrive wasn't given a further update

Took nearly two hours to deliver on a Sunday night, ridiculous. Don’t order from west end fryer on a Sunday night, poor show.

Delivery times are shocking

Placed order at 17:46 with a 45 min delivery time. Delivery was updated to 50 mins at 17:51. Food had not arrived by 7pm, called to be informed that food was next to be sent for delivery. Eventually arrived at 19:36, almost 2 hours after it had been ordered, and over an hour later than the original delivery. Food is always good (although both pizzas were delivered as cheese & onion, when one was supposed to be cheese & tomato), and have ordered several times before, however, this time delivery really let them down. Ended up giving the kids something else to eat, and putting them to bed due to the lateness.

Absolutely disgusting, would not feed my dog this mess. Food was cold, reheated, burnt and rotten. I have ordered from West End Fryer before and never complained but this was awful and deserved it - manager refused to give money back and was patronising and rude, so was delivery driver, altogether a terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

2 hours waited. 5 phone calls later I had to go down and collect order as they had misplaced order after telling me it was away with driver. 3 times this has happened now.

Was giving about an hour delivery time but was nearly 2 and was missing can of juice. Called takeaway who said they would call driver but never herd anything back

Ordered a mixed supper but didn't get the chips. Food was good and service was quick though. Not the first order that has been messed up though.

Too slow on delivery

Chicken tasted like tuna and forgot the cheese on the pizza. And what happened to the spend £25 and get a free bottle of cola? Will never use that place again £29 wasted
