Been up sick all night

Order arrived quickly however my chips cheese and doner meat meal didn't have enough cheese on it as should have been so had to add my own cheese next time the takeaway should put more on especially top and bottom

Ordered around 5.30pm on a Wed and got our meal in 20 mins! Food was delish (we ordered pizzas & kebab) :p Thank You West End Fryer! You're doing great <3

Great value for money although was given a 50min delivery time took an hour and ten mins

The food is fine when it actually arrives, delivery time is not fine, nowhere near the estimate at point of order.

Ordered for delivery. Estimated delivery time 1 hour. 2 hours later still hasn't arrived. "all I can say is sorry" horrendous service. Never again. Used to love them cause the food used to be good. This has all arrived not only 2 hours and 20 mins after ordering, but all burnt. Almost everything in the order was burnt. Will go elsewhere from now on and will recommend everyone I know to go elsewhere also. Worst service I've ever received from a takeaway. Not even a courtesy call to say "sorry we're gone be a lot later than expected". Nothing.
