Waited over two hours for a small order with hardly any help from the shop.

After updating there delivery time from 45 minutes to 50 minutes they were still nearly 40 minutes late that's an hour & half when they are 5 minutes down the road, obviously the new owners don't have a clue.

Took 1 hour for my order to arrive.

Took over 2 hours to be delivered. I did receive an email saying it would take up to 1hour and 10 minutes. However. I waited an extra 50 minutes after that. Some parts of my food was cold.

Waited 1hr 20 minutes for the delivery. Then stuff was missing and had to wait a further 30 minutes.

Took 1 hour ans 20 mins to get here ans the food was as if it had been made an hour ago and been kept warm! A usially love this place bur an hour and 20 mins is just terrible

Over 1 hour 20 mins late.

Kebab was cold and greasy, chips were mushy and I ordered diet irn bru and you brought diet cola which I dont even like but since my son answered the door so there was nothing i could do. Take items off the website if you havent got them.

1hr delivery estimate given, 1hr 40mins later it had just left the shop for a 15min journey. Why give a completely inaccurate estimate?!

Not happy every time we order from here it take up to 2 hours for delivery. Really not happy with service, they do give estimate but it always runs over the time.

I waited almost two hours on my food, i then found when the food came my brother who had ordered his 30 minutes before it came arrived with mine. The food was then cold and horrible, I couldn’t not be bothered calling back and waiting and 2 hours for another one. I will not be back.

Took almost an hour to deliver (despite me living 5 minutes down the road) and wasnt worth the wait. Wont be buying again...

Basically , called a liar when i called with a complaint about something missing from the order

Never get full order with the meal deals

We’re regulars at WEF but this has been a few occasions now something has gone wrong. Last time we ordered a bottle of juice & we never received it and couldn’t get a hold of the shop but never got any money back. Ordered chips, cheese & curry sauce & received chips & curry sauce. Called up and was told they could get a tub of cheese to me when the driver was available. Not great customer service to be honest, my food would have been freezing and was then told next time we order just say that I never got cheese last time and they would put extra in. Not happy and probably won’t be returning now
