My delivery was an hour late and I only live about 500 yards away from the shop.

Once again another late delivery it really has gotten to a stage that we will stop using you as a take away.

Said it would take 40 minutes. Phoned after an hour to be told it was on it's way but took another 30 minutes after that!!!

Waited 20 minutes past expected delivery time, to be told it was leaving. Further 40 minutes later to be told the same thing on the phone. A total of 2 hours and 29 minutes waiting, for food that was clearly reheated and lukewarm. Very disappointing.

I picked up a slice of pizza and the topping fell off , not usual for the WEF . Battered sausage was burned . Not nice .

Mini calzone menu says donner, cheese and chilli. It then gives an option of a tub of sauce. That says to me that youll get chilli on the calzone and tub of sauce additional. Apparently not 😏 dried up wee calzone

waited an hour and 40 minutes when it said it would be 1hr 18mins. came cold. dont understand how this place has been open for so long and still cant get delivery's out on time and warm!

Over 2 hour wait for 2 suppers

Waited 2 hours for delivery and had to phone 3 times before they actually delivered the food with a pizza missing then took another hour to deliver pizza that had obviously been put back in the oven to reheat as it was rock solid. Also staff were very unprofessional when answering the phone while laughing and having a carry on with another worker I assume meaning she never listened to anything I had said and had to ask me to repeat everything. Wont b back in a hurry

Order was estimated 1hour 20mins turned out to be 3 hours , called the shop after 2 hours, to get pure attitude on the phone and told it will be half hour but turn out an other hour . 😩

Ordered a takeaway from here at 6:30pm with a wait time of 1 hour. An hour and 15 minutes past and there was no sign so phoned them and they said it was on its way, 2 hours in the driver showed up with a bag and when I opened it it was the wrong order. I then phoned west end again and they were trying to get the food back to give to the correct people after I had already opened it all. I requested that my food be made fresh as I didnt want my food to come from random people and have no idea what they would have done to it. They told me to bin the wrong order and they would send it out in 30-40 minutes. Another hour went by till I received my correct order making it a total of 3 hours to receive my dinner. all and all the food was good but the service was shocking and confusing. Not to mention they phoned me back and told me I would not receive my fresh food if I did not send back the incorrect order. I told them I already binned it and they told me they wanted me to take it out the bin and still send it back. Awful experience.

I waited for 1 hour and 55 minutes for an ASAP delivery. I waited too long and the hunger had worn off. If I knew it was going to be this long. I would never have ordered from West End Frier. The food I had to reheat today and it was awful. I believe it would have tasted better last night but just a few minutes of two hours for a delivery is not acceptable. I wont be using West End Frier or Scoffable again. Disgusted by the service !
