Never received full order

Burger never came

Usually get a good meal from here but on this occasion it wasnt great. Was over an hour for delivery when email stated 40 mins. Chips were cold and some raw. Fish was nice and hot tho.

Greasy and not fresh

Food was over 30 mins late,cold

Chicken wasnt cooked right and wouldnt give a refund as wanted to collect it and I had put it in food recycle bin outside! Was disappointed in customer service as a regular orders weekly ☹

When I pay extra for haddock I dont expect to get tasteless whiting. Will go elsewhere next time.

The chicken nuggets in the chicken box where under cooked, disappointing since all other meals have been 100%.

Missing items from delivery, weren't very helpful when contacted.I will not be using the Wesr End Fryer ever again, very disappointing.

They forgot my can of juice and its not the first time

Pizza was undercooked

I said no onion but got a full onion not good when u have allergies

Did not have jalapeos in my pizza when I ordered it with them
