Food was delivered earlier than confirmed and was still cold.

Disappointed ☹ usually great but tonight food was cold hardly any beef chips not good.

Chow Mein was really greasy and not enjoyable at all.

The beef meat was as hard as a rock, I was not able to cut it with a knife. The black bean sauce only had salt taste. It went straight to the bin. I dont want to know what kind of meat was on my dining table.

Chicken was hard could not break with a knife rice was yuck too . Not impressed this time Ill not be back

Food is good. Just the wait time for delivery is shocking.

I have order at 5.30pm there say will be 1 hrs 30 mins so is 3 hrs more !!!! We dont think go back order again!

Im afraid the ribs went in the bin they were way too salty i dont know if this was an error or if this is their recipe for them but when i say too salty i dont mean just a little too salty. The sweet and sour was a little too sour also. Such a shame we've eaten here before and the food was good but this was terrible

Waited 3 hours abd was cold. Chips soggy

Told me would be 1hr20mins wait for delivery that was at 5.30pm called them at 7.10pm they said it was just made and would be out to me very soon i then called again at 8.05pm!! Told me i would get a free juice for my wait no juice and my food was stone cold i will never prder again from you.

I order a munchy box from here on a regular mostly because the kids love it, but what I received tonight was a total disgrace chips were most definitely reheated from the night before disgusting and dry , the chicken pieces were like chewing on rubber, its was a disappointment as its usually lovely from here dont know if Id return very disappointed.

My spare ribs were very salty & fatty ! My rice was very stogy and all stuck together !!! Such a disappointment seriously !!! Its all lying there in the bag in the kitchen what an absolute waste of £11.80 . Really unhappy with my order ! Would like a refund ! Happy to return the food !

Usually our orders from this place are great but tonight the chips that we ordered along with rice and curry sauce the chips where hard and ended up leaving them so was really disappointed this time

2 and a half hours for delivery, were told 1 and half hours. Shocking for a delivery time and food was cold when it arrived.

Been three times and every time ive been its gave me a dodgy stomach, a few of my mates have been and said they were the same every time as well

Delivery was an hour late. Restaurant was apologetic and added a cans of juice on top of the ordered for free. It would be nice if at least one of the cans i have received was one i have actually ordered. Food not up to standard. More veggies than meat. Won't be ordering again from them.

Food had to be reordered as when initially arrived after an hour and a half wait one if the dishes order was very poor quality and hour later the re order dish had not arrived

Chicken was rubbery and hard to chew.
