Chips were soggy and re heats x

ordered Chicken Chop Suey and Vegetarian Singapore Noodles, the Chicken Cop Suey was honestly just Slop Suey, really just a mush of ingredients. Singapore Noodles were edible but nothing to write home about. Nothing nasty here but nothing i could recommend.

Delivery took nearly two hours ( and we ended up having to collect) we were told at different points it was 5 minutes away when it wasnt. The spicy Singapore noodle were tasteless also. Usually really rate this Chinese and dont like to be negative but really disappointed in the customer service I received.

The order was delivered 30 minutes after the estimate and was barely warm. The battered chicken pieces were soggy, rubbery and beyond eating , whereas the rice and sauce had to be microwaved to a reasonable temperature. This was very disappointing given the usual high standard of Yummy House.

Waited an hour and a half. Food was cold and sauce was congealed. Absolutely disgusting and went in the bin. Will not use again

Over 1 and a half hours for delivery n forgot the fanta. Gets boring waiting that long withoot the fanta. Food usually amazing fae here. But no amazing withoot the fanta. Maybe let folk know theres going to be an hour n a half wait before they order so a can go to the asda n make my own. Nuhin worse man every car pulling up outside am away grabbing the keys the let ma food in. An hour n a half thats a lot of cars. N nae fanta.

Having to wait an extra hour over the original 1hr and 20min for delivery is very disappointing. We were given 2 cans of juice as an apology but i think perhaps a little taken off the price would have been more acceptable.

Didnt deliver the bottles of juice i ordered and they didnt cone back with it.

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Food was cold. Disappointed :(

The sauce was so runny I never got to enjoy the fried rice or dip the crackers into the rice and curry properly

Curry sauce tasted nice but was so watery. Not the norm from this restaurant. Normally grea!

Normally really good food and we have had takeaways from here a few times, however food was really tough and dry with little taste. Nearly 2 hours for delivery (Saturday night and very icy so we knew it would probably be a while for delivery) and when the food came it was stone cold.

Food was good but we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for the food which was really disappointing.

2hr wait for cold bland food, the BBQ Sauce was thin and to be honest, the wee McDonalds free dipping sauces tastes better. The Squid was tough and the batter greasy. Sorry probably the worst ive had and certainly wont be back. I suggest you do the same with loads more places on offer

Had great meals previously, but this time was extremely greasy and beef in the curry wasn't nice. Really disappointed.

First time ive ordered a Chinese takeaway that doesn't come with rice.

I ordered a caryout for delivery and it took two hours to be delivered

Dead fruit fly in prawn crackers & curry sauce was more of coloured tap water , was offered a 20% discount but never received it .

The noodles were way over cooked and all stuck together. Very dry too, needed a sauce or more soy when cooking. Salt and Chilli Chicken Wings was fantastic tho so not all bad.

Meal was requested at 6pm, cam at 5.40 and had to be reheated
