The food was amazing. Best chinese takeaway in this area by far for the food.The delivery time was shocking. I was told one hour and ten minutes, which seems a long time. Two hours and ten minutes before the food arrived. I never would have ordered for myself and two kids dinner from here if i knew i would need to wait that length of time. No update regarding the wait on food. No apology for the delay. Just told they were busy when i contacted scoffable once i got food. I won't be ordering from here again.

Nearly 2 hours for wait, cold food and random large bone (3 inches! ) mixed in crispy Chilli beef dish. Very disappointed

Tasteless food.

Sauce was nice. Second time ordering from here and unfortunately its nasty cuts of meat. No mix veg as stated just some red pepper. Also no prawn crackers as promised by delivery driver

Tried the Tom Yum soup and Chef's Special Thai red curry king prawns, neither even resembled a Thai recipe. The spring rolls were mediocre at best.Up side the food arrived quickly and was still hot.

The delivery took two hours to arrive and i got the wrong meal.

I asked for thick noodle special chow mein got thin noodles. Special chow mein normally comes with sauce and small omelette on top and didnt have sauce or omelette. Very disappointing. First time Ive used takeaway wont be using again

I specifically asked for no char sui pork in dishes.My hot and sour soup had char sui pork in it. I had to bin it. Very Disapointed

Waited 2.5 hours for a delivery

Paid for prawn crackers but didnt receive them and the banana was brick hard

2hours to be delivered

i placed this order 3 minutes after they opened and immediately got an update saying it would be 1 hour 10 minutes which is really poor however I appreciated the update and was able to understand I was in for a wait. However I then waited nearly 2 hours phoned themAfter 1 hour 30 mins to be told it was on the way 20 minutes later it arrived (I love 5 minutes exactly from the take away) It was completely cold. Now Im not exaggerating when I say the curry sauce poured out the dish in a solidified glob it was that cold. Not a single bit was warm. I phoned to complain to be told the person that deals with these isnt in. Still waiting on a phone call back. I shall be phoning again today as I want my money back as its the worst Chinese Ive had

Waited over a hour and a half and when I phoned to see where it was they hadnt even cooked it as they where busy with walk ins even though I had already paid for my dinner. I ended up collecting it as they would not give me a refund ended up waiting 2 hours for my dinner 🤦‍♀️

Said on the menu spend over £30 and get free salt and pepper ribs. I Spent £47 and there was no free anything. Not amused

Meal was delivered 40 mins after the delivery time due. Total time from order was 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Delivery took ages, food was cold. Soggy chips and main dish was very watery and flavourless

The wun ton soup had burst in the bag ,,but was save able as none leaked out,,
