My 1st time using this resatarant, it'll be the last. Nan bread was a soggy mess. Lamb Chasni seemed like it was a tub of sauce (very tasty sauce) with 12 small pieces of fatty meat thrown in as an afterthought. Really disappointed.

The food was cold when it arrived and the peshwari nan was only threatened with flavour, really disappointed as its usually nice 😫

I think they may have forgotten salt in the rice. It walso wasnt what id expect from a biryani. The butter chicken was very sweet. Nothing was inedible, but not great sorry :( i hope this isnt public

The food had burst open in the bag and sauce covered everyrhing. Also was cold probably because the tub had burst. Bad way to start your meal.

Got a chicken madras a chicken Bhuna and a chicken curry, chicken was horrible and had better curries out a jar, wont be ordering from here again

Ordered korma and got something different, did not reply to complaint

Had so many lovely meals from Zaika but the chicken in my meal tonight was like trying to chew rubber, its so disappointing when you spend money on a meal and its not edible. Hate leaving a bad review but you expect a nice meal for what you pay and it wasnt 😞

This is the second meal we have had in a matter of months from zaika , utterly disappointed.We orderedChicken tikka starter ( actually really nice) Mushroom pakora ( dry and tasteless)Chicken Korma ( plain ,bland & not very sweet )Mushroom jalfrazzi ( bland , tasteless)Garlic nan ( soggy , not very nice)Pompadoms ( actually ok ) Chips and chicken nuggets ( chips soggy and under cooked)Scoffible irn - bru ( decent) Won't be using again, waste of money.

I ordered a chicken korma with rice and Nan, usually cant go wrong with a korma but wow. The chicke was very tough and hard the korma had no flavour or taste to it at allX and the rice was swimming in water. Tried to call them for them to come back and take the food and refund me but no reply so Ive contacted scoffable. First and last time I will buy food from there save your money guys the place is rotten

Got a vindaloo and chucked Rogan Josh. The vindaloo tasted burned, was all heat and no taste apart from carbon.The Rogan Josh wasn't easy on the eye and tasted worse than it looked.Delivery was on time and the sides were ok. Mains were terrible. Hopefully only a one off, but will go elsewhere.

We had two different chicken dishes, both with very large chunks of not very tender chicken covered with their curry sauces, but definitely not marinated or cooked or in it. Along with very leathery nan bread this was a not very good meal. Won't be back.

My poppadom never arrived, the cheesy naan was pretty cold and the rogan josh was very mild. Also, the chips were a bit soggy.

Really disappointing meal. Mango chutney was like rubbery in texture and as for its taste! Unfortunately the main course did not fair any better, meat was hard and the dish was absolutely tasteless. Would not recommend, but expected a lot better and certainly will not be using ziaika again
