Waited 3 hours for cold dry food, not one bit of communication from anyone

The food was thrown into the container and obviously put in the microwave. Even the tomato and cucumber were hot and the quiche soggy. The roll was in a paper bag sat on the hot foid and the coleslaw was dripping over every thing. The bag fell to bits. The whole thing was binned. I have used this company before abd the food was fine. Very disappointed.

Recently a lot of the baguettes have been over cooked rock hard and when you bite in too it just crumbles apart

Food was delicious, would've rated them great but they forgot my kids cake and took over 2 hours since I notified them that it was missing to send it out. However I'm sure it was an honest mistake, would still order again as we enjoyed our meals.

This is the second time the baguettes have had mostly lettuce, a load of red onion & so little tuna i could barely taste it.Not worth the money as they're tasteless apart from the lettuce & a load of onion to fill it.

Ive been getting tuna mayo & salad baguettes for months from there but this time they were rubbish.Could hardly taste the tuna at all there was so little on them all i could taste was lettuce & red onion it seems there was about half a red onion on each baguette, not good.Whoever made the teas never bothered to take the teabags out.

Lightning quick delivery and great baguettes, as usual. Highly recommended
