We would like to address each of these:Freshness: We place great importance on the freshness and quality of our kebabs. We work closely with our suppliers, and all our products are stored in accordance with food safety standards.Presentation: Due to our belief that mix kebabs would not fit in small pita bread, they were served with two pieces of German bread, also known as traditional turkish bread. These breads are larger and more expensive than pita bread. Additionally, we use more ingredients compared to traditional kebabs takeaway shops to provide a more satisfying experience.Menu Description: In our menu, we offer kebab options such as doner and chicken, and naturally, by "mix," we mean the serving of both doner and chicken together. Each restaurant has its unique presentation style, and we prefer to offer a different flavor by using more ingredients compared to traditional kebabs.After you provided your complaint and gave a negative rating, you called us an as we mentioned during our phone conversation, we assured you that we would investigate and take appropriate action if there was an error on our part. In response, you requested a new meal. However, as you can understand, requesting again a meal that you did not like and criticized seems a bit contradictory to us. As we have previously stated to another customer, if you believe there is any mistake or deficiency with your order, we believe it would be more objective to raise the complaint before consuming the meal. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about complaints made a day after consuming the meal.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the feedback you provided.
