Always lovely food, great deals, beautiful service & most important the order is always correct, our family highly recommend.

Food was fine. Disappointed with delivery time which was an 1hour 45 but to be fair can understand that sometimes.

Whilst the pizza and chips tasted nice they were only lukewarm as we had to wait a full 1/2hr past our estimated time of delivery .

Had criterion fish and chip food a few times and always been good , and delivery is not too bad with timing , would recommend them .

Food was okay but had absorbed a lot of pile and was squished by the time it arrived. It was also half an hour late so not the best experience

The king rib I was delivered was like a piece of cardboard covered in batter. A disgrace. I cant understand how someone puts that in a wrapper and thinks its acceptable. I have had plenty of good meals from the criterion and the rest of our order was fine

I order from the Criterion often, However I ordered 2 king ribs on Saturday night, and they were absolutely tastless. I have had them before with no issues.Not good when your looking forward to your dinner

Very bland, clicked the option for salt and vinegar didnt get it on my items, first impressions are every thing. Unfortunately £20 wasted properly keep searching for a better chip shop ☹

Lovely staff. I made an error when I called to complain then realised my error, the staff were very understanding about it. They didn't make me feel bad and didn't get annoyed. Delivery was super quick also

We've just started offering from here and this is the first order out of 3 that we feel was below standard. The chips where reheats, the burger was very basic, there was no salad ever though I ordered it. Well give them pass marks on the pizza.

it tasted great and it only took 15 minutes longer to deliver than stated.

Fast easy transaction with no extra waiting at pick up time. Excellent!
