Chips were reheats sausages werent fresh was chewy fish was soggy went in bin pot noodle we had for dinner was better

Have bought food for delivery on many occasions and always enjoyed, this time my partner had king rib he said there was a peculiar taste to it and upset his stomach will be going elsewhere next time

Items missing and freezing cold

by taking an order allowing 70 mins to prepare and deliver, and then be a further 30 min late is unacceptable, to call the shop, and be told its on its way and should be there now and be a further 10 mins late, is unacceptable, and to be told we cant give you a time, as we dont know when it would be delivered. we use another type take away who is much busier and never have a problem, we chose the criterion, because it is the best in the area, we go by several shops to use it, however due to the could care less attitude, never again will we set foot in it, nor get a delivery.

Fish dry, chips burnt.

Food was cold

Length of time for delivery was unacceptable

Ordered at 6.45 and never arrived till 8.30 phone shop at 8 to be told it was just getting prepared by the time food arrived the pizza was cold

I ordered fish. It was tasteless. I will not eat from this place anytime soon👎😡

Rook over and hour and arrived cold and soggy

Whilst the pizza and chips tasted nice they were only lukewarm as we had to wait a full 1/2hr past our estimated time of delivery .

The king rib I was delivered was like a piece of cardboard covered in batter. A disgrace. I cant understand how someone puts that in a wrapper and thinks its acceptable. I have had plenty of good meals from the criterion and the rest of our order was fine

I order from the Criterion often, However I ordered 2 king ribs on Saturday night, and they were absolutely tastless. I have had them before with no issues.Not good when your looking forward to your dinner

Very bland, clicked the option for salt and vinegar didnt get it on my items, first impressions are every thing. Unfortunately £20 wasted properly keep searching for a better chip shop ☹

We've just started offering from here and this is the first order out of 3 that we feel was below standard. The chips where reheats, the burger was very basic, there was no salad ever though I ordered it. Well give them pass marks on the pizza.

2hours to deliver a chippy that is literally round the corner says it would take 1.10 minutes it took 2 hours

2 hours to receive order despite 2 phone calls. Do not recommend nor will I use this shop again

Sausages were off chips were hard and burnt

Ordered spicy chicken fillet burger with salad and mayo, there was no salad or mayo on burger ,my son cant eat it without salad so the dog got it and my son then had to order a subway..not happy..son was so looking forward to it after a hard day at work, it may be a small issue to some people but it ruined my sons whole meal

ordered black budding auper had no batter onit and the black pudding was tiny

Cold food

Ordered online, got confirmation email. When my friend went to the shop to collect order, you had no knowledge of that particular order. He had to reorder in the shop. Although the food, compaired to the TARTAN, (you know who i'm referring to) was exceptional. Will shop with you again as :) :) ;)

Fish batter was soggy ruined meal.

We waited 1 hour 50 minutes for our delivery and that was after phoning up and telling them we were still waiting .never again will i be ordering delivery from here 😫
