Sorry. Very long wait tonight and then the order was missing dishes.

Food was amazing , however had to wait 1 hour for food, not great when you have guests over and they are an hour Before you from another take away.

Food was decent but waited nearly 2 hours. Tried calling and met with not the most pleasant reaction despite them being late! Not impressed.

2.5 hours for delivery. We called the restaurant twice for an update and both times were told delivery would be another 20 minutes - these were both lies. When the delivery finally turned up items were missing. We will now consider alternative Indian restaurants after years of committed service to Delhis Winter. Very disappointing.

Requested refund, food portion acceptably small and not as advertised. Ordered a fish mixed grill and got half a takeaway containers worth of food. restaurant has not refunded as yet. To be fair what was there was very tasty but had I been at the restaurant I would not have accepted that dish as a main course nor paid the price for it. Not a reflection on scoffable team as they are great to deal with.

The vet eagle pakora wasnt crispy in the slightest - have had much better elsewhere. The naan breads were meant to be garlic but I think they were plain and last minute they realised they were meant to be garlic so chucked a few bit of garlic in the bag - really disappointing. The poppadoms were burnt and soft so likely sitting for a while. Its so obvious going by the colour when theyre overdone so its pretty poor service. I doubt they wouldve served them if we dined in. The curries were nice enough but with everything else the meal was disappointing and overpriced for the quality.

Same as usualdecent food but chaotic management. Take away to be collected at 7.00 was 40 minutes late

Ordered delivery at 7pm for 8.10pm - it wasnt ready until 8.40pm. Would have been ok if the food was worth it but it wasnt. All the sauces for the main course were far too sweet - wed ordered chicken korma, Goan fish curry and Keralan prawn curry - there were no fresh herbs/veg just runny sweet sauce. The lamb tikka masala had the sauce missing. All in all a terrible meal that took nearly 2 hours to cook. Not first time he wed had to wait for delivery either.

I had booked to pick food up at 18:50. But I got my food at 20:10. And the owner of this restaurant didnt tell me what happened, the owner just told me I cant wait for food inside of his restaurant. It was a little bit chilly. I had waited for food outside with the chilly weather for more than 1 hour.

Over 2 hours for delivery. Food lovely but would recommend collection and calling to order. Online orders dont get priority here

Overcooked drab inauthentic food. Big lumps of some kind of husk ? Tamarind? - not up to standards previously experienced at the restaurant. Disappointing

Great food as always, delivery very late, as always.

Tikka masala tasted like heinz tomato soup with little flavour, and at £9 for the portion I expect more than 6 tiny pieces of chicken - I reckon not even half a breast! VERY disappointed, especially as it was a recommendation.

Ordered for 710 and not ready until 745. Been late before but they should be organising better. In the past I've ordered deliberately early knowing it would be late but I'm getting fed up with it now. It's a shame as the actual food is excellent. Sorry!

Ordered at 6.40, delivered 9.30, refused at door , ridiculous amount of time to wait

The food was late and rather unpleasant

My order should have been ready to pick up at 6.20pm but did not receive until gone 7pm. They shouldnt take orders if they cant fulfil the timescale. Curry was lovely but disappointed that there was no salad with the starters that we ordered (maybe they dont garnish their starters)One of our starters was the tandoori salmon only one piece in there.

Very oily sauce, not up to normal standards

Food is great but the service is poor. Had to stand outside for 40 minutes for my order and then got home to discover 1 item missing. Tried to phone to complain but constantly engaged. Will consider going elsewhere next time.

Unfortunately, we ordered our dinner for 6.20 after ordering at 5.35 however did not arrive till 7.15. I phoned at 6.40 to be told the food was on its way and would be 5-10 minutes. It did not arrive so I called again at 7.05 to be told it had only just left. When it arrived it was cold.

Not blaming Delhi Winter, as when we called for delivery update it was sorted within 20 minutes.However they never received our order, so unless we called we would still have been waiting for our order.On that note who do we call for a full refund?Paid £36 for chuck and delivery. Delivery wouldn't have arrived until we called.Also two items requested were not there.So in total we should be at the minimum £15 refunded.Any half decent organisation you claim to be would give full refund....So i await £36 back into my account ASAP if you don't mind.... this was a family treat on Xmas evening in these of trying times.....
