Two curries were oily and greasy, naan was lacking flavour and felt greasy too. Really disappointed as first time trying Delhis Winter.

The estimated delivery of 1hr 20 turned into 2 hours. The food was also luke warm. Normally a lot better than this.

Order took over 2 and a half hours to arrive, far later than the already long estimate of 1 and a half hours. Will definitely not consider ordering takeaway at weekends again if its always going to be like this.

My food order wasnt ready at the time that was arranged and I had to wait for nearly an additional hour. I did receive a complimentary glass of Diet Pepsi. Please dont offer collection times that are unrealistic or unachievable. The food is however always good.

Very average food. Perhaps acceptable for a takeaway but not for a sit in restaurant.

Food was nice. However, having ordered a collection 40 minutes before the confirmed pick up up time, to arrive and have to wait an additional 20 minutes before the food was ready is poor service. This is not the first time this has happened, and appears to becoming the norm rather than the exception.

Food is great, but the Indian owner of this restaurant is very rude to his customers. Very terrible service and attitude and the most important thing is that this Indian owner doesnt care he is terrible rude to his customers.

The food was not up to the standard we have come to expect from Delhis winter. This was our first delivery from you as we have previously ate in and had a lovely meal. However this time the chicken tikka masala lacked everything and tasted like tomato soup with mango chutney in it. The Lamb Bhuna lacked any discernible hint of spice and was quite bland. Like I said your delivery did not match our in restaurant experience which is very disappointing.

Ordered online for a specific time and had to wait 30 mins at restaurant before order was ready. One of the meals was for butter chicken with pilau rice, he rice was missing.

We ate at this restaurant 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious. Tonight it was such a disappointment chicken was dry not succulent like 2 weeks prior. Nan bread didn't seem to be cooked.

Foods always pretty good despite them not reading the notes ever..Tonite the food took 2.5 hours to arriveits often late but that was nuts.no contact from them at all..I was just going to ask for a refund when it turned up.Ill probably not use them again

The estimate for delivery was 1hr 10 minutes but took almost 2hrs 30 minutes.The aubergine starter and prawn curry were both extremely oily.Nowhere near the standard we are familiar with when eating in the restaurant.

I think scoff able are to blame.

Ordered here quite a few times and the food was always really good!The delivery is always vary late 1.5hrs to 2hrsIve called and always very polite and receptive on the phone but never actually fixing the issue

After ordering and being told a collection time I had to wait over an hour for food, lamb was nice but sauce was terrible. The Korma was ok, the rice was well lets just say uncle bens rice was better. Very disappointed. The restaurant seemed like chaos

Ordered through the 'scoffable' app at 6pm for a 7pm collection. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:55pm to be told the food was only 5 -10 mins away. At 7:15pm informed again that it will be 5 mins. At 7:26pm when I had to ask where my food was, bearing in mind you pay for it up front, I was told "They were very busy and very sorry", however that didn't stop them taking in 3 non-booked tables and serving them their starters whilst I waited half an hour beyond the collection time. The food arrived for taken away at 7:30pm and was ok and tasty enough however the appetite soons diminishes when the service is atrocious.No discount, refund or free juice offered however they did say if I call them the next time I order they will give me 10% off rather than using the app!!Not sure there will be a next time.

The food was delicious as always. The collection service was dire, 40 minutes late b4 the meal appeared. We've had bad service in the past on the delivery side and we thought if we collected it would be fine. They were very apologetic and to be honest they were extremely busy.

Waited 90 mins then the sauce was wrong, bit of a disasterous meal.
