Nearly 2.5 hours to come even after a call at 1.5 hours unacceptable

They kept us waiting for an hour after delivery so we gad to leave as they couldn't find our order

Order was booked for collection at 6:00pm. At 6:30pm I asked if there was any problems as I was still waiting.Did not receive order until 6:45pm without an apology or explanation. Popadoms in order were stale.

Great food but service really appalling. Half order missing so ate a full hour after arranged time.

Food good as usual but an hour late and had to chase the delivery. Not good. They could call me if running late ?

The food as such was delicious, but deliveries have been consistently 30-45 mins late the last few times we have ordered. Even the confirmation email gives you an approximate time of delivery, which was the same as what we had requested.Food delicious, but order slightly wrong as ordered 1 plain and 1 garlic naan and received 2 garlic ones. Not a disaster, but thought Id feed back still.

Almost 2 hours for delivery and driver couldn't be bothered to find my address, despite specific instructions. I had to find them. Will not be ordering again

Had to wait 25 minutes beyond booking time and took home cold food.

Shocking delivery service! Estimated delivery 45mins so I expected about an hour, 1hr 40mins later it arrived after 2 phone calls to the shop,No one knew where the order was then it arrived by a taxi, wonder if he was also taking fares 😡

Food was over an hour late - it was cold . The curry was so spicy we couldnt eat it

I cannot put into words how disappointed I was with the delivery I received last night from this restaurant...but Ill try:After nearly a two hour wait for the food to arrive, the samosa tasted like toothpaste, the chicken saag was disgustingly salty and souplike, the chicken korma was way too spicy for a delicate tongue, and the byriani was thick and stodgy. To sum it all up, communication from the restaurant on the huge delay was nonexistent! Cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant to friends and/or family...either save your money and cook from home, or look further afield for a more enjoyable Indian experience.

Took 1.5hours to arrive, I had been quoted 1hr. Nan bread was cold, raw garlic on it. Definately had better curries than this one.

The food was lovely, but the service was so bad placed an order at 5:50 to collect at 6:30 but it wasnt ready which is understandable we waited outside the shop for an entire hour before needing to phone and ask where the food was as it still wasnt ready, when we eventually got the food then was an entire meal missing then needed to wait a further half hour before receiving the missing meal, very over priced for such a basic service. Wont be in a hurry to order again so disappointed.

We were a curry short, I tried phoning but they were constantly engaged.

I placed an order at 6pm for delivery at 6.50pm. By 7.30pm it had not arrived so I phoned and was advised it was leaving in 10 mins. 1 hour later at 8.30pm I had still not received my order and phoned again to be told they were very busy and it was out for delivery. I eventually relieved my order at 9pm, nearly 3 hours after placing the order.Although the food was tasty, it was look-warm.

Order was an hour late which in the current situation is ok. But the starter wasnt what I ordered and there was no rice.

i asked for "as soon as possible" rather than a time and it took 1 and a half hours. at the 1hr i phoned and was told he had just left the reataurant which is only 10 mins away max and it still took half an hour more. Best to tell the customer a realistic time...if I'd known the delivery time i could done something useful in the meantime!

wasn't what I expected also juice wasn't delivered ,but lady asked saying she would return if wanted

Got an order last night, I’m not one for complaining and I use your restaurant often. Today I have severe food poisoning and I am extremely ill.
