Hi George I am sorry to hear that . George once again I would like to mention you stay at longridge not in. Whitburn mate so when we are busy it could take little longer to deliver your food . I don't understand all those good times when we provided you with good service you didn't even took a minute out to review our service and food so why now . Then next thing is you don't phone the shop to let us know so we can rectify or say I am not happy with my food why ?

Hi George this is manager from flames I do apologise for that . But I don't agree anything you said about your order here as you ordered food on Friday night for 8pm which is busy peak time and I specifically had to make your order and had to deliver myself I don't normally leave shop for deliveries and munchy box was piping hot when i gave it to you on the door . Then why didn't you phone the shop and let us know ? All those times when we deliver your food on time and everything is was good you never left any single review my friend and now it took 1 order in which there wasn't even a thing wrong you left a review . Sorry dont agree with it George.
