Normally always give this place 10/10.. but i order a pizza in for the first time in a while, as its my fave place for pizza, and i got a 10 inch. But toppings stopped at 8 inch..no fillin on 2 inches of pizza all the way round. Was lovely but wasnt impressed. Chips where great.no issue with the food..just now small my pizza was..

Grill box and pizza,... awsome! Fast delivery and food was piping hot, very tasty and cooked to perfection! Definitely be back again!

Ordered a £60 + order and in my calzonie were 2 different kinds of meat not mixed ? Thats no mixed , thats donner and tikka !!!! Also paid for extra mushroom, not 1 mushroom in sight !!! Usually a good review to b left a bit lacked tonight !!!

Normally really good but food was cold and dry tasted as if it had been lying for a while before being delivered

Got the order wrong and when we tried to contact them (2x) we could not get through. So we paid for stuff we did not even get or they got wrong and also a service fee for poor service. Scoffable advised Flames would contact to redeliver or refund which they did not.

Ordered our meal at 7pm and it arrived 3.5hrs later!We were told delivery would be 1.5hrs, I waited 2hrs before calling. On call I was told the driver had our delivery although I could also hear the staff saying they hadnt had/seen and order for our address so they offered to get it to us as soon as possible. After another hour I called again and was told they had been waiting for the donner meat cooking and waiting for the pizza. Food arrived barely warm. Absolutely shocking service
