Chicken kebab had 4 small pieces of chicken and filled up with onion, green pepper and 2 pieces of mushrooms, chicken burger was worse I've ever tasted. Would not recommend this place and will never order from here again.

Abysmal. Utterly abysmal. Bit of Pitta bread, five bits of chicken, semi-cooked mushrooms and a drizzle of sauce. I'm not suggesting that this was going to be fine dining, but at least representative of what I'd paid for. Frankly, I feel Flames has taken the mick with what I got delivered. Will never, ever order from this mob again...and neither should you.

Hi robert sorry to hear that mate you werent happy with your order tonight. Let make it clear you only ordered a small chicken bbq kebab with salad and sauce on it and in small bbq kebab you get 6 pieces of and full scoop of sauce of we put too much sauce then you will turn around and say there was too. Much sauce on it in future put special instructions how would you like it. My disappointment is you are reguler customer but never seen good reviews from you in past even we humbly requested so why a bad reviews for 1 bad occasion we try our beat to keep things smooth as possible mistakes happen hope we will see good review in future. Thank you flamea

Food was really late & when it arrived it was lukewarm at best. Think they maybe forgot about us, not the usual good standard. Hopefully better next time.

Over 2 hours to wait for a delivery to recieve overbooked burnt chips and a luke warm meal. Never had anything like that before and this is my favourite place. Really disappointed tonight.

Delivery was pretty much bang on the hour, pizza was perfect as usual. My 7 year old reckons it's the best pepperoni pizza she's ever tasted 👍
